"Myself and my husband and two of our very best couple friends decided we wanted to get away to a hot destination that provided golf, shopping, pool time and privacy so we decided a house with a pool would best suit our needs. Well this property was the "bomb!" it was so great. so clean, had everything we needed, the kitchen was so well equipped I can't think of anything we needed. The house is exactly as beautiful as it is shown in the pictures. The BBQ are was perfect I cannot say enough good things to express the satisfaction we as a group of six adults felt about this place. The view was awesome, mountains, palm trees. Close to everything. Really nice neighborhood. Great to work with owner Reuben and property manageVidel. Everything was great!!! When we come back to Palm Springs we would definitely stay her again Loved it!!!"

"The Atomic Ranch delivered for our 3 day weekend in Palm Springs. We were very impressed with the decor, amenities and the excellent home sound system. Instructions upon arrival were very clear and concise (wifi password though was incorrect) and the house was clean. The yard was amazing for our 2 hounds who made the trip with us and with the very secure and private borders around the entire backyard, it was perfect for them.
We were attending a Parker wedding so the location was perfect for us, central to both The Parker and to Downtown Palm Springs.
The Master suite is wonderfully appointed and second bedroom is good also. The 3rd bedroom (was not relevant for our stay) is on the small side and the stereo whilst wonderful did take a few minutes to understand how to allocate volumes between the house and the outside (not a deterrent as it is an excellent system).
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"What a great time! We had 4 couples, that came for a relaxing weekend of no plans other than to just hang out, many of us brought work and other things to do but not one of did it.
The only reason this received a 4 star and not a 5 star was the following: Shower in hall bathroom (2 of the bedroom had to share this one) it was extremely small and did not have option to use bath as shower. It also took a very long time to get hot water start running. Now if you asked me if I would rent here again MOST DEFIANTLY. Read on!
The moment we walked in you felt at home, very spacious with many features. Walking in the gates you are greeted to a zen like garden that gives you plenty of privacy with a beautiful shrub fence. Outdoor sitting was everywhere. Pool was just the right size, spa a little small for all 8 adults to fit so only about 6 comfortably fit. They had noodles and things to use in pool as well as plenty of beach towels and that was a big plus.
Entering the house you are taken away with an amazing dining room table that had become the hub of stay here. It was an amazing piece of furniture. Fit all 8 of us and plenty of room for 4 more if needed. The house had a very large living room (only one TV but we never turned it on) we spent most of our time playing games and eating at the dining room table. The kitchen (very clean) that was well stocked with many of the things we needed to cook. They could add: rubber spatula and a griddle pan. Note: bring your own zip locks, foil, and napkins. Paper plates too if you don’t want to wash but we used what plates where provided and it was fine.
Rooms where clean and conferrable, room to place cloths in closets and in drawers if that’s your thing. There were three rooms on one side (all w/European kings) and one (a queen) on the other side of the house. The master bedroom had a great closet; it was almost a bedroom itself. Note the beds are low to the floor but not too low.
Back yard was like a place in itself it had a BBQ (gas) and plenty of sitting too along with lighting at night.
Nick the manager was great, he asked us to call when we were about 30min out and he was there to greet us and show us around. They also provided a book that had a lot of info if we had a question and even gave information on some of the art pieces that the house had. We did need some help at one point, he responded very quickly and we were assisted. Thank you Nick!
Over all if I could give the house a 4.5 stars I would have."
