The perfect retreat
"When we came here for our honeymoon four years ago, we promised ourselves we would be back again for a month. We truly love this place. You can lock youselves away in your own private paradise and enjoy the entertainment provided by humming birds and butterflies. Enjoy picking blush grapefruit for breakfast and mexican limes for the early evening obligatory gin and tonic The saltwater pool and spa are perfect, with great views of the mountains in the day and starry skies at night. At the front of the property is a delightful cactus garden. The outdoor fire is a bonus for cooler evenings. The area is very quiet and you can easily walk to a choice of local restaurants, although we used the BBQ most nights. The property is spotless (thanks Lilly) and well managed (thanks Frank). Would not hesitate to recommend .We would love to come back again ..and again.."

"We recently spent 3 beautiful days at this property. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids, the house has everything you could want or need available.Really close to downtown Palm Springs ,not that you would want to leave.Mason was great and very accommodating.Maryline met us at the house to show us around and was very nice and welcoming.
Overall,I would highly recommend this property,we'll be back!"

"We stayed for a month and wish it could have been two. A gem of a house architecturally and so tastefully decorated/furnished. Art work and midcentury mementos. Open plan - spacious with high ceilings. Comfortable beds, nice linens. Master bath is a dream. Other baths equally nice/unique. Indoors flows to outdoors and we usually ate outside on the covered lanai. Great mountain view. Back yard is big, green and great. Three fruit trees, one with huge lemons. Great pool. Wonderful lighting at night. One bedroom became a temporary office with desk and printer. Our guests loved the bungalow - cozy and private. Our dog was in heaven - high wall all round the yard and she alternated between sun and the shade which the really large overhang provides. Our hosts were most cordial and especially responsive. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking. Can't say enough good things about the place and our stay. We hope to be back numerous times. Thank you, Matt and Bill."

"Spent a week in this condo during a golf trip in April/May,2015. It had everything we needed and then some. The location was central to all the courses we wanted to play as well close to downtown and the airport. The unit was clean and well looked after. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and well stocked with condiments. The close proximity of the pool was very welcome after a day of golf in the heat. The owners were very accommodating and the instructions for accessing the unit were clear and detailed. Although easy access to both the owners and the local manager was provided, there was no need to do so. Our arrival and
setup was seamless. We are veteran visitors to Palm Springs and usually choose a ground level unit. However,
in this complex, the upper unit actually works better than a lower one especially when relaxing on the deck having breakfast. Thanks for everything Sandra."
