  • Fantastic private mini-resort w/ fab pool and service - perfect for girls' getaway!

"If anyone would have told me I could find a perfect little secluded resort of my own - complete with mineral hot springs- I wouldn't have believed it. This is the place! This past March I had the great fortune of hosting a retreat / long weekend getaway for 25 women here at Anahata Springs. The venue is a sweet converted old motor lodge that has both a tropical flare as well as a zen-like vibe. For folks coming in from all over the country, it was a total oasis. Here are some highlights: Indoor mineral spa - so relaxing and deep - with huge sliding bamboo doors that give you a view of the mountains even from inside. Steam room - absolutely amazing (especially when infused with essential oils). Guest rooms - great new beds, spotless, nice tile floors. Other things we really enjoyed - tons of fresh towels, fire pit, a big ice machine, nice grill with outdoor bar. My contact Jim was a consummate professional: kind, detail-oriented, and incredibly gracious. He answered all my questions and emails quickly and thoroughly - just really fantastic customer service. I left off one star only because the venue would be so incredibly perfect if it only had a dishwasher and a larger more modern kitchen with more counter space (more capable of cooking for large groups). Otherwise this place was absolutely perfect."

  • Wonderful Stay, relaxing and quiet!

"We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was friendly and very easy to work with. The location of the house is amazing - mountain and golf course vews!! Great house, pool, spa, and patio overlooking the golf course. The house is actually better than in the pictures provided. It has the spacious feel with open kitchen and sitting areas. It was fully stocked with everything that one would need for a more-than-comfortable stay. We will be back and this house will be our first choice. Thank you, Ginger!!!"

  • Little slice of heaven in the desert

"Truly a beautiful property, inside and out. Lovingly maintained, cozy as can be, furnished in the classiest of tastes, and updated with anything you could possibly desire on vacation (wifi, dvd player, spa, waterfall, outdoor bbq). For this price, the place is a scandalous steal! I will be back as soon as I can...really feels like Tuscany. Thank you Global Homes and Condoms!!"

  • A Gem in Palm Springs

"We absolutely loved Palm Springs, and feel very fortunate to have found the perfect place for two couples travelling together! We spent a month here, and had the most relaxing holiday, largely because of “The Oasis”. It just felt like home, the moment we entered the front gate. The king bedrooms are nicely separated from each other, with comfortable beds and both with full private bathrooms. The place is well equipped for everyday living, with comfortable furniture, a nicely stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a bar area, and high speed internet. Especially decadent is the very private and pretty patio area, with the pool and hot tub – just for us! There were sun and shade areas on the patios practically all day, so some place for everyone. The gas BBQ is also great. We especially enjoyed all the birds that came by, especially the daily visit from the two little doves. Add a lot of sunshine, swaying palm trees and a little wine - life doesn't get much better than this! While The Oasis is on a busy road, it is set back, and you just feel tucked away in your own little paradise. The Oasis is also very centrally located, close to down town, handy to groceries, gas, etc. as well as a couple of good restaurants nearby. It was also easy to get to the many attractions from here. You do however need a car - we walked to Albertson’s a couple of times for some exercise, but it was an hour’s journey, and heavy to carry back much wine! Last but certainly not least, the owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had, and went out of his way to ensure that everything was in order, and that our arrival in the dark went smoothly. Thank you Rick for everything, and for sharing your special place with us! We can definitely recommend this little gem, and hope to be back again one day soon."
