  • Perfect spot

"We just spent a week at Lisa's condo. What a wonderful spot, right across the street from the entrance to the tram. The pool is beautiful and clean. We brought our tennis rackets and played a few nights at dusk. Easy access to grocery stores and downtown. Lisa was a delight to work with. We left behind a personal item and she made sure to pop it in the mail to us. Great service! We will return and highly recommend her condo."

  • Great Family Fun!

"It was great to arrive at this vacation rental with no surprises. The listing description and photos were accurate and the home is even better in person. The pool was amazing and the hardest part of being at this home was having to leave! What a terrific family stay, we will be back."

  • Centrally located; well-maintained and wonderful owner/host

"We were in search of a condo that was centrally located between downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert and this was it! Nicely updated, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained and -stocked with basics, this condo had everything we needed for our stay (for a wedding and some much-needed family fun). It is exactly as pictured with friendly neighbors (and other visiting guests) in a safe, quiet setting with a clean (saltwater--awesome) pool and tennis courts right outside the door. Plus, SO MUCH LESS WIND than any properties or hotels we've previously stayed at. Not sure how but we didn't complain! The condo had every amenity we could think of and Colin's attention to detail did not go unnoticed from his provided maps, a list of nearby recommendations, a book and DVD library for the nights we were too drained from the sun to go out and even a phone number we could use to get a local discount at the grocery. He was polite in his follow-ups and has an on-point sense of humor. You could tell he really cares about his guests. Can't recommend this condo enough if you're heading that way!"

  • We found our new vacation home!!

"The place was all that we had hoped for and more. No complaints at all. Every detail of the place was amazing including the owner John and property manager David! I think we shed a few tears when our week was up since we had to go home. Can't wait to make this our family vacation place every year!"
