  • Wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs!

"I rented this place with a few friends for a weekend getaway, and it was fabulous. The location is great, and the house itself is really lovely. The decor is unique and charming, and the pool was perfect. Really beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard! The owner was also very communicative and made the organization process a breeze. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, and would come back again!"

  • Wonderful Palm Springs home

"We spent a week at this wonderful home and found it just want we wanted. From our first contact with the owner we were treated as we would expect at a 5 star resort. He loves his home and sharing it with others and that comes across both in how he dealt with us and how he maintains his home. Even though the weather was rainy and cloudy most of the time, we very much enjoyed just relaxing with the fireplace on and looking at the beautiful back yard and hearing the waterfalls. While we were only 2 people, we could easily see how this would also be a perfect home to vacation with our family. We have had some bad experiences with rentals not living up to the photos and descriptions, but this was not the case here...it was exactly as presented."

  • Wonderful California Casual Vacation Rental

"WOW! What a great place. We rented the entire property for my birthday celebration and we couldn't have been happier. From my first contact with Fred to the very last day, he was available, gracious, and accommodating. Thirteen Palms is an ideal setting for a group or family. Everyone liked being together, yet having their own private area to retreat to when needed. The neighborhood is peaceful yet close to everything you would need. We also loved the casual California vibe of Thirteen Palms and everyone felt right at home. Thank you Fred for providing the perfect setting for my birthday celebration. Memories have been made."

  • Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

"My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here for our Palm Springs vacation. The condo is luxurious and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and spacious with great pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire unit was very thoughtfully decorated. The unit is located right next to the pool, and we enjoyed using the nice large pool towels in the unit. Great location right next to the casino and a short walk to downtown, it made it hard for us to want to leave. The condo felt upscale and each room had a touch of luxury. We have stayed in Palm Springs before but never had such an enjoyable experience. The views from the condo are amazing. Spacious location for a one bedroom, we even made friends at the pool and hosted dinner one night. We enjoyed showing off our luxury condo! We truly enjoyed our wonderful Palm Springs getaway, our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. If you are looking for a high end condo look no further! We are already planning our next trip to Palm Springs and can't wait to come back."
