"We enjoyed our four month stay at this well appointed home. It had all the features that anyone would ever need, plus all updated appliances. It was in a great area as it was far enough away from downtown, but yet close enough to walk to. We all enjoyed the wonderful pool and spa and of course the great weather. Marshall and Jeff were most accommodating whenever we had any questions or concerns."

  • Outstanding

"Our family consisting of 9 people including 4 grandchildren stayed a week in this fabulous home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a group of up to 10 people. The floor plan flows very smoothly and the pool layout is just perfect. Very easy location - close to downtown and the Smoke Tree Shopping Center - this is a great home for your extended family. The owners are very cooperative and easy to work with - we would like to stay again next year if we come to Palm Springs. We have been renting since we sold our condo 15 years ago and this home is one of the best."

"This very special Palm Springs Vacation House is tailor made for those who enjoy secluded living within a gated community. My husband and I felt completely rested after spending a few weeks in this extremely comfortable and spacious house. You'll find an immaculate Pool and Spa with spectacular views of Mt San Jacinto. A huge lounge with an amazing fireplace, CH, AC, Wifi, large comfortable beds complete with very spacious en-suites. A super kitchen and a real bonus was the washing machine and tumble dryer found in the adjacent garage. Evenings in December in the desert can be on the cool side but well wrapped up you can still enjoy cooking on the grill, the Stars being amazing too. Downtown is a bit of a walk but minutes in the car, a first class yoga studio and barber were found! Within a short drive from the the house there is an abundance of hiking trails with marvellous views. We can't rate this house highly enough, we loved it and hope to return next year."
