  • Better than expected

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was fantastic. We had a great time. The layout was perfect for us. The pool area was perfect. Loved the gas fire pit. Airport was a non issue. Street noise was worse, but also a non issue. Kenny was very helpful. The only challenge we had was the pool service person showing up unannounced early Friday morning. Hopefully, we'll be back!"

"Gorgeous home! Stunning views! Our family of five had a great week in this wonderfully designed home with fantastic floor to ceiling glass doors and windows affording incredible mountain and valley views. House was ready and clean on arrival. Many comfortable lounging/reading spots inside and outside. Great lap pool and spa (both heat up quickly). The open design, fantastic windows, great lighting, beautiful furniture and appliances make for a visually pleasurable stay. Highly recommended."

  • Wonderful House and an Amazing Memory Foam Mattress in the Master Bedroom!

"My family and friends stayed at the house for a few days in August and had a wonderful time. Outside was fantastic, with the sun setting over the house, afternoons in the pool were delightful as there wasn't major sun. Hot tub/jacuzzi worked well and made for great evenings outside in the warm tub. Outside furniture was great, lighting was wonderful and my family loved the different color lights. Gas BBQ was easy to use and perfect for grilling! Kitchen was great and filled with many glasses, plates, utensils. Washing machine and dryer were fantastic and made for an easy getaway with all of our clothes clean for our trip home! Time Warner Cable was great (was able to watch the Dodgers!) and included HBO and Cinemax in the living room and one of the guest bedrooms (Master only had regular cable). Speaker system was great for watching movies and listening to music. Bedrooms were great with the best part being the amazing Memory Foam Mattress in the Master Bedroom! Good location with the arthouse cinema about 1/2 mile away and many theaters within a few mile radius. Grocery stores were within a mile and the neighborhood was quiet and great to look at during early morning walks! Owner and manger were great and very helpful. All in all a great Palm Springs getaway!"
