  • PALM SPRINGS PERFECTION

"Myself and 3 girlfriends rented Duane House for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it! I work in interior design as well as another 1 of our friends and I can tell you that this place is perfect! It has been meticulously updates with lots of mid-century furniture. There is PLENTY of storage in bathrooms and has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is completely outfitted. Tons of towels, floats etc. and the grounds/outdoor pool area and yard are wonderful. There is also a full manual that can answer most of your questions. Jack was fantastic! He was there when we got there to show us around everything and the AC wasn't working properly. He had the AC people out there and had the issue fixed before we got back from lunch. Can't say enough great things about Jack and Duane House! I hope to stay there again."

  • Calm, Cool and Easy - Definitely recommend this location!

"From our first contact with our host via email to the quick easy access on arrival... our journey to the gated - Sandstone Villas was A-plus! This recently renovated Condo was fresh, modern and classy. Fully stocked with everything you need for kitchen appliances and gadgets! Even a small washer and dryer for our personal use. This ground floor Condo surprised us with how cool it stayed ... we didn't even need air -conditioning even tho it was mid to high 90 degree weather! The Sandstone Villa complex was quiet, lush and well manicured... with comfortable and easy access to the Gas BBQ's, swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. This condo was tucked into the back part of the Complex so it was very quiet with an east facing walled backyard. Great for morning coffee and breakfast (and even sported a little hummingbird nest in one of the trees.... so sweet!) We definitely recommend this Condo to others! The hosts and the suite were top notch... all set up to make our stay relaxed and easy! We thank you very much!!"

  • We Came Back!!

"This was our second time renting this lovely unit, and we have already deposited for our 3 1/2 month stay for the 2014/15 season!! We love this condo! The bright, open floor plan and spacious bedrooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. We especially appreciated the new leather recliner and the water/ice dispensing fridge. Although we eat out frequently, the kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The grounds are pristine and well maintained, pool and hot tub near to unit. La Palme is a nice walk to downtown Palm Springs, close to shopping, grocery stores, movie theatres, golf, dining. The owner is so easy to work with, and she responds quickly to any questions or concerns! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home, and the special cookies were such a thoughtful treat!! Already looking forward to our next stay!"

  • Palm Springs stay

"We rented this condo for the month of February. It is conveniently located to downtown but yet In a nice quiet area. It was well-maintained, and it was well-supplied with towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. It was located right next to the pool and fitness center. There were bicycles to use, and we would ride them around the neighborhoods. Elmer's was a restaurant a block away that served great food. The owners were great. When applying to rent the unit they responded quickly, and if we had any questions they would were right there to answer them. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again."
