  • Perfect Holiday Getaway

"We stayed at this beautiful house for our Christmas holiday 2014. It was a quiet retreat with all of the luxuries we were looking for, including the heated pool, the gas fireplace, the modern-decorated environment, the citrus trees in the yard, and so much more! We enjoyed cooking Christmas dinner in the well-appointed kitchen and utilized the technology from the new HDTV to the WiFi connection to the blue-tooth speaker for our our iPhone playlists. I highly recommend you book your future stay here. I know we will!"

  • Ideal Vacation Condo!

"This is a terrific condo! It is very clean and comfortable with lots of living space, including a large master bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. The balcony has an incredible view of the mountains and we loved lounging everyday at the on-site pool and spa. The owners are helpful and have supplied information on the area and activities to do in and around Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!"

  • Couples Getaway!

"What a great time! We had 4 couples, that came for a relaxing weekend of no plans other than to just hang out, many of us brought work and other things to do but not one of did it. The only reason this received a 4 star and not a 5 star was the following: Shower in hall bathroom (2 of the bedroom had to share this one) it was extremely small and did not have option to use bath as shower. It also took a very long time to get hot water start running. Now if you asked me if I would rent here again MOST DEFIANTLY. Read on! The moment we walked in you felt at home, very spacious with many features. Walking in the gates you are greeted to a zen like garden that gives you plenty of privacy with a beautiful shrub fence. Outdoor sitting was everywhere. Pool was just the right size, spa a little small for all 8 adults to fit so only about 6 comfortably fit. They had noodles and things to use in pool as well as plenty of beach towels and that was a big plus. Entering the house you are taken away with an amazing dining room table that had become the hub of stay here. It was an amazing piece of furniture. Fit all 8 of us and plenty of room for 4 more if needed. The house had a very large living room (only one TV but we never turned it on) we spent most of our time playing games and eating at the dining room table. The kitchen (very clean) that was well stocked with many of the things we needed to cook. They could add: rubber spatula and a griddle pan. Note: bring your own zip locks, foil, and napkins. Paper plates too if you don’t want to wash but we used what plates where provided and it was fine. Rooms where clean and conferrable, room to place cloths in closets and in drawers if that’s your thing. There were three rooms on one side (all w/European kings) and one (a queen) on the other side of the house. The master bedroom had a great closet; it was almost a bedroom itself. Note the beds are low to the floor but not too low. Back yard was like a place in itself it had a BBQ (gas) and plenty of sitting too along with lighting at night. Nick the manager was great, he asked us to call when we were about 30min out and he was there to greet us and show us around. They also provided a book that had a lot of info if we had a question and even gave information on some of the art pieces that the house had. We did need some help at one point, he responded very quickly and we were assisted. Thank you Nick! Over all if I could give the house a 4.5 stars I would have."

  • Chic Palm Springs at its best!

"I searched through dozens of houses before coming across this property. This is not your typical rental. It is the owners' personal vacation home as well, and it shows in the attention to detail and design. The house is beautifully yet comfortably furnished, with a very open living room that looks out to the gorgeous yard and pool area. It is light, airy and chic. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is an outstanding new grill outside. The pool is fantastic (if you go during the winter, pay to have the pool heated. It is so wonderful!), and the property boasts not one, but two fire pits. The pool area gets lots of sun and has a great view of the mountains. The bedrooms are, like the rest of the house, chic yet comfortable. The owner, Reuben, is super-nice and responds immediately to questions. The property manager, Vidal, is an absolute gem! Go have drinks at an ultra-hip hotel like The Parker, then be thrilled to come back to this house (which is just as chic, but far more fun and livable, in my opinion)."
