  • The Best

"By far the best! Don't hesitate. This is a great house in a great location. Easy, comfortable, all the things the desert should be."

  • Living a dream in the desert.

"The spacious condo is conveniently located near most amenities including central to golf courses. Condo has great views of the mountains and the swimming pool. The home is well equipped and having a double garage is a bonus. The owner contacted us to insure everything was in order and asked that we not hesitate to contact them if needed. The resort is very quite lending to restful nights. We have recommended this home to many friends and look forward to staying again ourselves."

  • Thanksgiving in the desert

"We stayed at this lovely Palm Desert condo over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The view over the double fairway is great. The perfect spot for morning coffee. The remodeled kitchen had everything needed to prepare a complete turkey dinner. Everything has been updated in the condo so it is fresh and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi are just a few steps away and both were clean and well maintained. We didn't play golf this time but the course looks beautiful. We look forward to returning in the future."

  • Repeat Visitor - Gets Better Every Time!

"My spouse and I have stayed at Sam & Ken's amazing desert oasis about 4 or 5 times over the past 3 years and it is always an amazing vacation. Sam and Ken are so nice and organized, booking the home is a breeze. They are very good to their repeat renters, offering discounts on their already affordable home and accommodating early check-in/late check-outs which makes staying at a hotel seem like a joke. The backyard is amazing for dogs of all size with a huge patch of grass for running and playing as well as very secure fences, which is always my main concern with our 10lbs yorkie. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Some people mention the nearby airport, of course you notice the planes flying overhead when you're outside but not once did I hear them while indoors and there are only like 3-4 per day, it's not like staying near LAX or anything. The pool is warm and spacious and they have lots of fun toys and floaties that even adults can enjoy. They also have lots of plastic glasses for pool cocktails - Sam and Ken know what's up! They have 4 amazing lounge chairs and plenty of other outdoor furniture so there is really no reason to even be indoors. They've added some great new upgrades like new flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, which was great because we brought an HDMI cord and our computer and were able to catch up on some Netflix once the sun went down. The master bedroom has a really comfortable bed, lots of closet space and sliding glass doors to the bathroom and bedroom from the backyard. The backyard has beautiful mountain views and the fences are quite high so you have lots of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with any kind of cooking tools you need, we usually just bring a ton of food from LA for our weekend and just never leave the house - it's amazing! It's located close to the main strip (probably not walking distance unless you're up for some exercise) as well as lots of groceries stores and a new 7/11 (that is in walking distance). We always love our Palm Springs vacation, as does our pup, and I'm already planning our return trip! Thanks as always Sam & Ken :)"

Choose Rancho Mirage Resorts to Relax and Play
