"This very special Palm Springs Vacation House is tailor made for those who enjoy secluded living within a gated community. My husband and I felt completely rested after spending a few weeks in this extremely comfortable and spacious house.
You'll find an immaculate Pool and Spa with spectacular views of Mt San Jacinto. A huge lounge with an amazing fireplace, CH, AC, Wifi, large comfortable beds complete with very spacious en-suites. A super kitchen and a real bonus was the washing machine and tumble dryer found in the adjacent garage. Evenings in December in the desert can be on the cool side but well wrapped up you can still enjoy cooking on the grill, the Stars being amazing too. Downtown is a bit of a walk but minutes in the car, a first class yoga studio and barber were found! Within a short drive from the the house there is an abundance of hiking trails with marvellous views. We can't rate this house highly enough, we loved it and hope to return next year."

"For weeks before our trip I had a nice feeling about our first visit to California. We've visited Florida and New York before but never the West Coast.
Believe me, we weren't disappointed. This house is INCREDIBLE.
As one of the other reviewers commented "From the moment we pulled into the drive way of this house, with the perfectly manicured lawn and impeccable courtyard, we knew it was going to be something special". He wasn't wrong!
The photographs are stunning but still they don't do it justice. The Great Room is HUGE but cosy at the same time. The Master Bedroom should be renamed the Master Wing. From the bedroom you enter a corridor, off which the massive walk-in wardrobe has enough room for the clothes of all the passengers on our flight to LA.
The kitchen included every conceivable top quality appliance you could need and was vast. The Pantry was bigger than all the cupboards in our place put together. Then there's the Dining Room for up to 12 people and the Wet Bar, where do I stop?
Outside there's a barbecue station with rotisserie and under counter fridge to keep the wine and beers cold. Oh! and there's 6 bar stools for the lads to sit on and tell the chef when to flip the steaks whilst the girls take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa.
Location wise it was perfect for us. Being golfers my wife and I used the golf cart (also included) to get around the Nicklaus Tournament Course as well as backwards and forwards from the house to the golf clubhouse. In the car you're 10 minutes drive from Ralph's Supermarket on the corner of Jefferson and 50th, where you can stock up on everything you'll need to entertain your friends, who won't want to go home.
Finally, security. We have a 15 year old son who doesn't play golf but is happy to spend all morning in bed or round the pool. The security gate issues you with a pass upon arrival and you simply display this to the guard on duty each time you return to the estate. No pass, no entry. If you have friends who wish to visit (and they will at this house) you ask the owners to inform the gate ahead of their visit. It makes for a very safe and secure environment and we had no fears about leaving Tyler for a few hours while we played golf.
We really can't recommend this house enough and dealing with Donna is a pleasure. She's so helpful if you have any problems at all."

"We love old Spanish revivals and this is a real treat. It's always tough taking young children and worrying about baby proofing but this house works great for young ones too. Nice and quiet. The neighborhood is situated in the historic Mesa area at the base of Palm Springs Canyon and we had amazing walks every morning exploring. Very close to major grocery store, we walked for coffee every morning to Koffi and the big grocery store is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive."
