"First let me say i am a huge fan of mid century modern so whenever i visit the valley i always try to stay in a vintage home. Not having an abundance of these homes, Rancho Mirage doesn't usually stand out as a destination. This home (and its neighbors) however are the exception. The owners of Blue Mod went out of their way to keep the 1960's feel while implementing the modern amenities you would expect in a vacation home. The location with its westerly mountain views - sunrise and sunsets both - taken in from the glass walled living room just adds to the ambiance. Great backyard with lemon and grapefruit trees, heated pool and lots of privacy. Okay, so the laundry is in the garage and while not the most convenient, it's not a deal breaker either. I think I've found my second home!"

  • Extraordinary Palm Desert house

"This house was better than we expected. It was completely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway vacation. It is centrally located within minutes to restaurants, shopping, movies and outdoor activities. We will definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to our friends seeking a special place to stay in the desert."

  • Spring Break Getaway

"This is our 3rd time to stay in this condo. The location is great in the prime country club development in Rancho Mirage. We keep coming back to this condo because it is home away from home. The condo is comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked."

"Great tranquil house. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. The house was clean and the bed was comfy. The icing on the cake is the location, 1 minute from the River mall and shops. You won't be disappointed."
