  • Great place to get away!

"We had a group of 5 adults and 2 kids stay at the beginning of June. Weather was nice, though it got a little cool in the evening. Season opens around June 15th, so it was super quite and peaceful when we went - which was awesome. The house has plenty of sleep and play space, though living room was a bit small. Also the wireless modem did not work with any iPhone 5s (worked with iPhone 5 and other devices). Swimming pool is just a 5 min walk and water was perfect, lake was smaller than I expected and water was still a little too cold, but was still nice. I was surprised to see a couple of video cameras on the property on the outside deck area. It was no big deal, but it would have been good to know they are there ahead of time. The outside grill was a bit old and I had to use a lighter to ignite it, but then it worked well. Some of the stove top burners had issues igniting, but we got them to work. Owners seem professional and organized, I found the labels inside the house and kitchen to be helpful. Overall - excellent location, great cozy house with fully stocked kitchen. We will probably be back sooner or later."

  • As Good As it Gets

"This house has it all. It is a beautifully built and appointed home. Better than the pictures. It is a vertical home, with 4 levels. It is perfect for 3 couples and kids. 2 of the couples will have their own suite with bathroom. The 3rd will share the bathroom with the 4 bed room. The bunk beds are nice. The movie room was amazing; easy to use and addicting. The kitchen is much brighter and bigger than the picture might indicate. There are so many decks I am sure we didn't use them all. The heated floors are a dream. The carpeting is in excellent condition. There are many seating areas, nooks and crannies to read a book, have a chat, etc. The dining table is great. You can sit 8 comfortably. This is a very clean, very modern home. The kids adored it. The adults too. It is so close to the lifts its ridiculous. The beds are all very comfortable."

  • Fantastic condo

"We rented this condo with another family for a few days in Mammoth. The place is amazing! The location is fabulous; it's convenient to the Village/mountain biking bus and close to a nice running trail that we took advantage of. The condo itself is very well taken care of. We come to Mammoth every summer and many of the places are grungy and not-so-nice. NOT THIS ONE! It's very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, there were plenty of linens and even spa towels for our party of 9. The microwave broke while we were trying to pop popcorn, and they had someone out there with a replacement in under an hour. We wished we could have stayed longer, but the next time we head up there with friends, we'll definitely check the availability of this condo. Thanks for a really great trip!"

  • Nice Get Away

"First time in Mammoth for us. Condo is located just a 2 couple minutes from downtown. It is walking distance from one of the lodges. Simple amenities. Nothing fancy. Spacious down stairs. Cozy loft. Great TV with games for the kids. Owner was very accommodating also. Price you can't beat."
