"My daughter & I stayed 4 nights during Spring Break. The house was very spacious - especially since there were just two of us. We loved looking out the large windows to the mountains while we cooked, read or just relaxed. And at night we had a great view of the stars. The river just outside our door was low flowing. We loved putting our feet in the icy cold water. 2 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park made hiking very easy. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Shoes off at the front door. The master suite is like a huge apartment. The bathroom had just been remodeled. We cooked each day and had everything we needed. There is a phone at the house to use because cell service with AT&T is spotty and nonexistent with Verizon. There is no internet either. Completely unplugged!! Nice! There is Satellite TV if you still feel the need to connect. We can't wait to come again and bring a larger group with us."

"We (three generations) really enjoyed our stay at this June Lake condo. Very close to June mountain for skiing (which our men really enjoyed). The rooms were attractively decorated and the kitchen had all the amenities needed for breakfast and lunch at 'home'. Really enjoyed the wood-burning stove on cool winter evenings. The mountain views from second and third floor rooms were breath-taking. Would have rated this 'excellent' except for missing TV remote and dryer that would not dry (believe no one has cleaned out vent in long while). Would rate as excellent the ease of renting via the internet and received great information prior to arrival on local highlights. However, the restaurant information in loose-leaf binder was very out of date and did not reflect current menus or prices. Would recommend this rental."

"We loved our stay at the Midpines house. It was nice, cozy, with lots of things provided, and the hot tub was just amazing after a day of hiking. Conveniently close to Yosemite. Sandy and Alan gave us all the instructions beforehand and all the process was super easy and great. We will definitely come back!"
