"We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It is in great shape, is in a prime location and has a nice cozy feel. Leslie the owner is great and very knowledgeable about the area if any questions arise. We were literally upstairs from all of the stores and restaurants in the village. We even got a nice snowfall while we were there. Would recommend this unit for all seasons in mammoth."

"My husband, sister-in-law & her husband had a wonderful time at Jane's condo. From the beginning our experience was great. Communication with Jane was easy and prompt. The condo itself is located minutes from Mammoth Village and many activities. The place was very nicely furnished with every amenity imaginable included. We loved the open area upstairs with the kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen was well stocked. Although, we had a little trouble starting the oven our first night for dinner, we figured it out and had a delicious dinner. After hiking in Yosemite and around Mammoth, it was great to come back and rest up at such a comfortable place."

"My family spent a wonderful Labor Day Weekend at Gail's condo. My kids loved the close location to the pool. My wife spent mornings in the sunroom sipping coffee and gazing at the beautiful mountain view. I was thrilled to find a bike path a stones throw from the condo. The condo itself has been beautifully redone. It definitely has a warm " mountain feel" ( though perhaps they got a bit carried away with all the antlers). Gail and her son were great to work with. When weather forced us to cut the camping portion of our trip short, Gail's Son was able to get us into the condo a day early. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

"We would stay here again. My family of 4 stayed here for a week in the quiet autumn shoulder season. In general, the condo adequately served our needs as a comfortable place to sleep, prepare a few meals, and relax after long days of hiking, biking, kayaking and sightseeing throughout the region. Before booking here, I looked online at condos that were roomier, more recently updated, and had fancier amenities. But the price was right here and that mattered most to us to make our budget for a week-long stay. After our stay, I had a few very minor complaints/suggestions and the owner agreed the feedback was helpful. This is the place for a small family or 4-5 adults who want a basic, no-frills, user-friendly, comfy place to crash after a day of recreating.
Summary of Plusses:
• Very good value
• Owner was responsive and helpful
• Quieter location with easy access to Lakes Basin, main bike/walking path
• Heated floors
• Recreation room and large hot tub were fun for kids and family
• Well-equipped kitchen"
