"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in this condo with 2 families - a total of 4 adults and 4 kids under age 7. We easily walked to The Village with shopping, restaurants, and the gondola. Short drive to plenty of other activities - walks/hikes, small and free sled hills, and open areas for snow play. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Our favorite parts were the fireplace (adults) and the bunk beds (kids). We are already looking forward to staying in this same unit again for our next trip up to Mammoth."

"I have been to Mammoth many many times. And I have to say, this condo is the best location for skiing and snowboarding. Plus we could just walk to the Village which was lots of fun. The condo is very clean, has everything you need for cooking and great parking spot too. The reading nook was a favorite by my husband and daughter who love to read. Thank you Lynna!"

"Each summer we go to Mammoth. This was our first time using VRBO. Our experience was excellent. The owners were extremely accessible and accommodating to our needs. The condo was everything that we expected. There were no surprises. The condo was very clean and fresh. What I liked most was the comfortable bed and pillows, it felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent!! There is a bike path right outside the garage. This is great for all ages. We also rode to get our mountain park bike pass and at the end of the day took paper route/ lake trail that lead us back to the condo. There are great dirt trails right behind the condo. If that's what you want... check it out. We enjoyed everything about staying here and the owners, Jim and Connie, definitely cared allot about making your stay a good experience."

"We would stay here again. My family of 4 stayed here for a week in the quiet autumn shoulder season. In general, the condo adequately served our needs as a comfortable place to sleep, prepare a few meals, and relax after long days of hiking, biking, kayaking and sightseeing throughout the region. Before booking here, I looked online at condos that were roomier, more recently updated, and had fancier amenities. But the price was right here and that mattered most to us to make our budget for a week-long stay. After our stay, I had a few very minor complaints/suggestions and the owner agreed the feedback was helpful. This is the place for a small family or 4-5 adults who want a basic, no-frills, user-friendly, comfy place to crash after a day of recreating.
Summary of Plusses:
• Very good value
• Owner was responsive and helpful
• Quieter location with easy access to Lakes Basin, main bike/walking path
• Heated floors
• Recreation room and large hot tub were fun for kids and family
• Well-equipped kitchen"
