  • Great location

"Great location! No need to drive anywhere. Walk right to Gondola! Loved the underground parking. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had all the necessary items for an enjoyable trip. We had 4 teenagers with us and felt we had enough space to accommodate us all. We used the indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was a nice bonus. Definitely would return."

  • Great property at a great price!

"The place was wonderful. Very clean and nice, even better than the pictures. The view out the balcony was wonderful and the proximity to everything Village was fantastic. The unit is right over the Pita Pit and General store which came in VERY handy! My only complaint, and this isn't the owners fault, but something renters should prepare for, is that you can only park ONE car in the underground garage with the pass provided. There used to be a free lot across the street, but it is now pay to park, so free options are slim unless you find street parking. We used the main hotel valet for our other vehicle which was $20 a day."

  • Great!

"Decided to do a VERY last minute trip with my daughter to take advantage of the "new snow" over spring break and was pleasantly surprised how quickly Kerri responded to my request to rent the unit the next day! I've stayed in the village condos several times in the past, however, checking in, checking out, etc... can take time and this was much easier! The unit was very nice and cozy, the kitchen was perfect and the location was perfect!"

  • Great location and very comfy digs!

"Mammoth has been my second home outside of Los Angeles for the past 18 years. In that time, I watched the village actually get built to some extent. I never thought about staying there; our condo fit my fishing group just nicely. All the furniture was really comfortable, and there was an amazingly large teddy bear in the room -- which takes us to the first selling point: you can just stop reading here and just rent the room, if only to take pictures of you hanging out with this bear and posting that on instagram and facebook. Aside from that, the room entrance is located just about Lakanuki, which is kind of a fancy, high-altitude version of Island's. Anyway, it was great especially dealing with the owner, Leslie who did go out of her way to assist with our biggest one-off request: helping us purchase the pay-per-view Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight. In the end, this wasn't possible due to the way DirecTV was managed by the hotel property, and not the owner but for the amount of trouble we went through around town, it was really nice of Leslie to look into that for us! Everything is quite modern in the condo and it was definitely a home away from home experience. I have two minor complaints and will counter with why they were barely noticeable: 1) the internet speeds are REALLY slow there. Not just wi-fi, but even patched in directly to the router, we received speeds slower than most of our cellular hotspots could handle. This isn't a big deal, we were supposed to be on vacation, but my fishing team is a bunch of IT people and we were trying to figure out how to stream a pay-per-view site, so this was something we did notice. Expect down of <1Mbps and up of... a value measurable in Kbps. Alternatively, you can go outside and enjoy all that the town of mammoth has to offer. :) 2) Taking the trash out is a REALLY long walk, to the opposite side of the elevators. It's no fun when your friends are being jerks and not helping you, so if you have non-jerk friends and work as a team, this is also probably not an issue. :)"
