  • Perfect Condo!

"This condo was in a perfect location and provided extras that couldn't be beat. The awesome steam shower and massage chair are worth staying here for, but being in the village only steps from restaurants and shops and especially the gondola (for skiers/snowboarders) can't be beat. We stayed mid-week, so there was no noise from the bar directly below the room. Even if there had been, we probably would have been creating some of it. The kitchen was great for anyone wanting to cook in and the pool/jacuzzi's were just steps outside. The workout rooms were empty during the week. The owner was great responding to any inquiries. (one word of caution - watch out for the t.v. volume button, press it slowly!) We will be returning to this condo!!"

  • Great location for ski trip

"My wife and three kids stayed at Kathy's condo for a quick pre Christmas ski trip. The condo was spotless and there was plenty of room for a family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and we were able to cook breakfast and dinners to save some money. Kathy was very easy to contact and gave great instructions for check in/out. The big selling point for this condo is the location. It's a short walk to Canyon lodge which made it very convenient for us. Parking at Mammoth can be a pain and it was good not to have to deal with that. Plus, my wife did not ski all of the days we were at Mammoth and she was able to walk from the condo to Canyon to meet us for lunch. If you are planning a ski trip to Mammoth I highly recommend staying somewhere within walking distance to one of the lodges, and this condo definately fits the bill."

  • Great location for skiing/boarding families

"This is a great spot for skiing and boarding families. Right across the parking lot from Main Lodge gives you easy access to the mountain, lessons, etc and a short walk back for lunch, or trading off child-care duties. The chalets are older buildings, but #1 where we stayed is well taken care of and is the closest to Main Lodge. The other buildings seemed well taken care of too. The managers are friendly and attentive. Other chalets are set back in the woods a bit with no direct car access in the winter, but there is a snow cat to help get your luggage to and from the chalet. The ride is a lot of fun for kids as well. The snow cats also keep a nice, long sledding hill groomed at the back of the complex for off-mountain snow play and there's at least one hiking trail that starts at the complex. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying there again."

  • Best location, quiet unit, clean and comfortable

"My wife, daughter and I stayed for 4 nights during President's day holiday and this was a nicely appointed unit with newer furnishings. DirectTV in living room and bedroom, full sized refridgerator and coffee maker are all important features for our family. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Will definitely rent here again."
