"Beautiful condo, wonderful owner, heavenly area. Made for one of the best vacations my family has had. If we were not outside enjoying what Mammoth had to offer, we were in the condo staring out the windows at the spectacular views. We felt at home in the condo as it had everything we needed to feel very comfortable. Any interactions with the owner were prompt and pleasant. I can not think of anything negative as we had such a great vacation there."

"I'll get the basics out of the way first, then explain the above...
First off, the condo is great: fully stocked with everything you might need from cookware to spices, from tons of extra towels and sheets to DVDs and a Smart TV.
A few things to note: not a good place for the frail, as the bedrooms are up stairs, with the 3rd loft bedroom being on a 3rd floor. I think it was also mentioned previously that the sun shines in pretty strong as soon as it's up so be ready to get up early if you're a light sleeper (unless like us you brought eye masks). If you are larger in stature you may find the upstairs (master <and only full> bath) shower to be a tight squeeze...the garage and patio are also on the smaller side, but adequate (my full size pickup didn't fit, but all are gear did just fine!).
Now onto Jack and Irene...they're great. I had to contact them late in the day on our arrival day due to an issue with the refrigerator. They quickly had a service tech out to check it out, and he ended up being able to make the repair...but she told me had he not they were prepared to either have us move to their friend's cabin, or drive out a new unit. That was impressive, IMHO. There was also a possible issue with the cable going from the DVD player to the TV and Irene was prepared to call into a few shops the following morning to pay for a new cable that I could easily pick up at the local shop. Also impressive...
So, you know how there's those places you go (restaurants, bars, car repair, etc) that, while they might not be PERFECT for one reason or another, but the SERVICE is spot on? This is one of those places."

"Continuing a family tradition to Mammoth I booked this place for 3 families, each with kids. There is a great playground a short walk off the property! Very nicely furnished and well equipped. Had everything we needed. The first night there was a small leak from the upstairs bathroom to the bottom bathroom. I contacted the owner and John sent a repairman out the next day while we were out on a Yosemite excursion. When we got back it was all taken care of. Rest of the stay went swimmingly. Clean. Amenities. Service. A few blocks from the heart of the town but you still feel secluded. Definitely rent this place!"

Beautiful well maintained home with luxury details
"Our family of 8 slept very comfortably in this beautiful home. There are many details that make the stay very comfortable. Lovely mountain art, generous toiletries including lip balm, lots of coffee choices and even a bottle of wine! We found the loft perfect for our newborn's pack n play. The TV is big and stocked with movies, and there are lots of board games to choose from. The kitchen is lovely and the large tub jets are great after a day in the snow. Wood floors and a nice fireplace. It is so close to the shuttle that will take you up to the village, the main lodge or down into town. A very nice place that feels like home."
