  • Fantastic resort quality home in the heart of Mammoth Village

"We found this home on VRBO and it appeared to be a good value that would meet the needs of our family of 5. After enjoying the home, all the amenities and the location, I can report that our assessment was correct, this was a fantastic choice. We'll try to stay here on future trips as well. The location is perfect. We were minutes from the Vons grocery store and all the restaurants in town. We were only 10 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from access to the bike park. Having a two car garage was a great benefit. We were able to store our fishing poles, guns (we did some target shooting) and bike equipment in one stall and park in the other. The home is new and beautiful. It felt like we were at home. The bathrooms are very nice, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishware, pots and pans and flatware. There was a Mac on the kitchen counter for our use and the Wi-Fi was easy to access and fast. The washer and dryer came in handy too. We fished for two days on a pontoon boat that we rented at Lake Mary. We caught lots of fish and used the BBQ that is on the patio to cook them. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and dinner and it was great not being in a hotel room. On another day we all went bike riding at the Mammoth Bike Park. We had a great time and stopped in the Village at a nice BBQ place called the Smoke Yard. We all agreed we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mammoth."

  • Timber Ridge Property w/ outstanding views and access to the mountain.

"Arrived at Timber Ridge Property at night and were very pleased with the condition of the property when we arrived. Woke up to beautiful view of mammoth mountain and felt like you were in a tree house above the mountain. Condo had everything we needed and my Sequoia just fit in garage. It was also nice to have parking down the street. We brought our dog this time and loved the trails up the hill to hike on. There wasn't much snow so it was a perfect place to hike for one of the people in our group that didn't go skiing. The best part of the condo was waking up, getting a cup coffee and sitting on the couch just taking in the views. As for the owner he was really easy to work with and very accommodating. We look forward to coming back to Mammoth and staying again."

  • Condo with Hospitality

"As a VRBO owner member myself, I really appreciate the newly remodeled condo. I am especially impressed by Darrin, the owner, who called me both before our arrival and after our departure, describing to me in details about Mammoth Lakes and checking with me to see if we were satisfied with the rental. The only suggestions I can think of are adding enough body wash for each bathroom and cleaning the spiderweb."

  • Perfect

"This condo was an excellent home base for us during our week here in Mammoth. We loved coming home each day from our hikes, enjoying the lovely landscaping from our balcony, taking a refreshing swim and relaxing in the spa. We've stayed in several different condos in Mammoth through the years, but this is our favorite. It's clean, well-equipped, and quiet! The complex is dog-friendly, with lots of room for them to run around. The pool and spa area are sparkling clean, and the grounds impeccable maintained. We'll be back!"
