"May 2015 - Thank you for opening up your beautiful vacation home to us. We had such a great experience visiting Bass Lake and Yosemite (20-30 minutes to entrance)!! This was our first experience using VRBO and we hit the jackpot with a cozy, beautiful home and extremely helpful, friendly owners. The rooms are spacious and clean, pool/hot tub, quiet/peaceful neighborhood, great kitchen for cooking/baking, BBQ grill, and close grocery stores. We had a wonderful time jet skiing on Bass Lake and spending one of our mornings at Glacier Point (a must-see) in Yosemite...absolutely breathtaking!!! You could easily spend 2 weeks here. We are already planning our next trip back."

Perfect condo--truly the best place to stay in Mammoth!
"I stayed here last week with my husband and three children (aged 6-9). I have been visiting Mammoth just about every year since I was a child, and this condo was by far my favorite. In fact, other family members stayed in nearby condos and we all agreed this place is the best. It's updated tastefully, very light with lots of natural sunlight, and completely stocked with everything you might need. My favorite feature by far was the washer and dryer, what a difference that made! Colleen really cares about her guests and she was in touch with me by Email before and during my stay just to see if I needed anything. She also sent me a really detailed and helpful Email with details on gas prices for the drive to Mammoth as well as hiking/biking trails and just about anything else you might need to know about spending your vacation in Mammoth. I hope to stay here again next year. Thank you again for everything Colleen!"

"We spent a month in this lovely cottage while visiting family in the area. We've rented many houses and apartments in the U.S. and Europe, and this is the most thoughtfully and completely equipped rental we have ever had. Sondra has thought of everything! The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen and even hosted a family dinner party for 8. Furthermore, Sondra is responsive, helpful, and a delight to deal with! We enjoyed being a short walk from all of Grass Valley's delicious restaurants and fun shops, and only a few minutes' drive from our son, daughter-in-law, and brand new grandson. Looking forward to another visit."

The BEST part of our 3 week trip was the 4 days we spent here!
"Sierrascape is a wonderfully appointed and in the most beautiful location within easy reach of Yosemite. Our arrival was greeted by the appearance of a humming bird. Birds are encouraged by the use of feeders around the property and gave much pleasure watching whilst relaxing in the hot tub after a days' sightseeing and walking. There is everything that you could need in this gorgeous home from home - just bring food! There were even condiments, ketchup and mustard! We loved it and would have been more than happy to stay longer. Would definitely recommend this as the definition of peace and tranquility! We were only sorry in a way that we had such gorgeous warm weather as the fire in the lounge area must be fantastic on colder days! Thank you to the owners - you should rightly be very proud of this 'home' - this is so much more than the normal 'holiday let'!"
