"The cabin was perfect for 2 families. It was a little smaller than it looked in the photos, but it was a good use of space and worked out just fine. The loft is nice because it has it's own bathroom. Beautiful views from the living room window and balcony!! Super comfy sofa and plenty of space to hang up snow gear to dry for Day 2. Plenty of parking outside on a pretty busy weekend in March. The only thing "issue" was that it's a second story unit on a hill so there are almost 2 flights of stairs which was a pain in the butt with our small children, luggage, and gear. Not a big deal, especially at such an affordable price, but it's definitely worth mentioning for future visitors. Overall, an amazing weekend in a great little condo close to the village."

"We booked this cabin because the owner seemed very reasonable about dogs, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. Didn't need a big place, and even this was more than we needed. The trip was mostly an excuse to get the dogs out to run in the wide open, so they were important.
Cabin is nicely furnished, with modern furniture, and well stocked kitchen, and enough kitchen essentials that you don't need to haul everything with you. We of course still brought too much food...... Everything in the cabin worked as it should, nice cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. They had ziplocs, thank goodness cuz we forgot them.
Nice n cozy, well hidden in the back, but right near a nice firetrail so you can get out and go quite easily. There is a nice stack of literature of things to do in the area, but only quickly flipped through. Should have spent more time, might have picked a few more things to do.
We went to Alpine Lake and Duck Lake on separate days, and hiked the trail behind the house. Good for the dogs and good for the humans too.
Beware, lousy cell service there (yeah), but the wifi works well in the cabin."

"We had a 3-yr old kid, and she loved all the aspects of this great place. It's not a gigantic house, but it has most of the tools our family of three people wanted for the stay. The beddings have been our concerns in another vacation rental we visited, but here those were neat and clean.
We loved the telescope. It is pretty easy to handle, once you see the youtube video a couple of times. I don't think the current telescope is as well-adjusted as the telescope can be, but still, we could locate Saturn and the Andromeda galaxy without much difficulty. More than these objects, the pitch dark night sky was beautiful. Especially near the peak of Perseids. We probably saw about ten meteoroids and they were jaw-dropping for city people like us."
