  • An Oasis

"This was the perfect place for our mini family reunion. We had three couples and there was more than enough room. The location is perfect. It is close to the airport and major freeways. We never wanted to leave the house--or the pool. It is quiet and off the beaten path. Karen is a gem. She made sure we had every thing we needed. I couldn't recommend the place more highly."

  • Couldn't have been better!

"We were in Sacramento to visit our daughter for Thanksgiving. This condo is fantastic! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had a modern vibe but was very cozy. The condo was very well equipped and had everything to prepare a meal if you're so inclined. I'm planning on staying here for every visit to Sacramento."

  • Fantastic place on the river!

"This place is fantastic! The studio is perfect and has everything you need. It was well put together, well maintained, and you couldn't ask for a more peaceful setting this close to town. Spend the evenings on your own patio with a view of the American River. Access to the American River parkway and bike trail and parkway is less than a mile away and you can ride all the way to downtown Sacramento. River Bend Park is just over a mile the other way and you can ride your bike all the way to Folsom. You are walking distance to a couple restaurants and a 2 minute drive off of Rt 50. Dave and Linda are incredibly gracious and welcoming people, and were immediately responsive to anything I needed. Thank you both very much for making my stay so great."

  • Wonderful Location

"My husband and I thoroughly loved the lovely secluded cottage. Just off a major boulevard but quiet. Close to many wonderful restaurants. We will stay again if in the area."

This is part of the city that you absolutely cannot miss. The beautiful historic buildings will take you back to a time and place that you may have forgotten.
