"My friends and I arrived Friday, when we got there, the place was a little dirty. Used towels in the bathroom, unvaccumed, beds unmade. But, it wasn't a big deal for us, Steve had plenty of towels and linens still available in the linen closet. The area was peaceful, the river isn't so much a river anymore because of the drought but there were fish! We actually manage to catch one. There is internet, but it's slow and there isn't cable so be sure to bring something else to do! It gets really quiet at night and dark outside, just be weary of that.
We did have a small discrepancy but explained to Steve and he had great communication. It took a little while to get the security deposit back, but all in all it was an enjoyable stay."

"Very professionally organized house with all the necessities; relaxing, extremely quiet location, fairly isolated (closest village is 15 minutes by car) and thus perfect for those trying to get away from it all."

"Our family of 5 wanted a well equipped house near Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. We arrived after dark our first night and were greeted by the owner and were made to comfortable and at home right away. The house was wonderfully clean and perfectly outfitted for our family. We each had tons of space and immediately felt comfortable. My kids loved the friendly pets (dogs and cats) on the property and wished we would have brought our own dog! The location to the south entrance of the park cannot be beat and we had three great days exploring the national parks before heading north to Yosemite."

"The house was great clean, kitchen was awsome for big family we enjoyed spending time there. The location was okay. To get to sequioa it was about 2 hour drive i would recomend this place if you have a big group . Little things to know the lake pictured is not like that do to drought it is almost gone, the drive to get to house is a windy road with lots of curves. Making the reservations was great person encharged was very patient and explained everything to us. I would go back but would just spend the whole weekend there and not really go anywhere else. O yeah there is no reception no wifi if you have verizon it might work.."
