"Pam's home was so wonderful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend visiting the Sequoias with 3 couples. The house is walking distance from a sweet little market and a short drive to the entrance of the National Park, but you will never want to leave the house! Thank you for a brilliant stay, we will definitely be back!"

"We LOVED our stay in this beautiful meadow. We took our two boys who loved hiking the trails near the cabin. The southern part of Sequoia where the property is located is very quiet and uncrowded and the house is a short drive to some of the best Sequoia sites. Annie and Boz were the perfect hosts-had lots of information and stories but also very respectful of our privacy. They are great. And the cabin is perfect for two people or a small family. The kitchen is completely outfitted for cooking all meals and even grilling if you want. All in all we had a wonderful time and hope to return in winter."

There is only ONE thing wrong with this place...Our 30th Anniversary is over and we aren't there!
"The Cabin is private, cute, impeccably clean, and very adequately stocked. We deemed The Cabin as the best place, at this price point, that we have ever rented and we are fairly frequent users of vacation rentals. Herb met us the first day and provided a plethora of information. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we opted for an additional day and thank goodness Herb and Sandy were able to accomodate us! We spent 2 days in the Sequoias hiking and one day "just chilling" at the cabin and enjoying the property. There are several interesting hikes close to the entry of the park which required less drive time, but we hiked the Giant Forest East Loop and Wolverton to Heather Lake via the Hump Trail and returned via the Watch Tower Trail. Getting to these trailheads required a bit more time, but to come back to this lovely, peaceful hide-a-way every afternoon was well worth the drive and we will do it again. If peace, quite, and beauty is what you crave, then this is the place for you!"

"Very professionally organized house with all the necessities; relaxing, extremely quiet location, fairly isolated (closest village is 15 minutes by car) and thus perfect for those trying to get away from it all."
