Comfy and clean home for a visit to Yosemite
"A clean and comfortable house. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with good quality cookware. It was nice to make our own breakfast before heading to the park. We were glad there was enough hot water for everyone to take a hot shower. It would have been even better if there were 2 full bathrms, but the one and a half bathrm worked out for us. This location is 45 mins from Yosemite."

"We had a terrific time at Martina's home. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and in the quality of plush towels (not those thin, scratchy type that should be tossed out). The owner was very pro-active in making sure our stay was the best. She succeeded! We didn't get the opportunity of taking advantage of other amenities, such as the BBQ, board games, pool or ping pong table but a great time was had by all! The only improvement we would suggest is to get a box spring and mattress on the lower bunk. Our friend was not able to sleep as well as he would have liked but we improvised as best we could by using the extra padding in the closet. Location was perfect for spending time in Yosemite. We also enjoyed a picnic at Pine Mountain Lake and loved watching the birds and fowl in the lake. We will certainly share our experience with friends and family and recommend Martina's home! Thank you!"

"My wife and I wanted a place where we could get away from everyone and detox for a few days. The Dome Home was perfect.
It's up on a little hill with gorgeous views of the surrounding forest, yet the hill is sloped to seclude it from everything else around. We went outside after moon-set and marveled at the stars and milky way. It's pretty rare to hear any human sounds at all. Just birds, and crickets, or the occasional deer walking through the yard.
Irene and Brad were the perfect hosts. They were there to greet us when we arrived, gave us a quick tour of the place, and made sure we knew how to reach them if we needed anything. Otherwise, they respected our privacy.
The home is older. It isn't an opulent hotel room with every surface polished. It's a clean, comfortable, and lived-in home. There are some drywall cracks and cuts in the vinyl floor. My reaction was "So what?", but if you care about such things...
It's REALLY dark at night. Like, I couldn't see my hand in front of my face in the master bedroom when the lights are out. This was a good thing for my perspective, but it's worth knowing"

Wonderful House for visiting Yosemite National Park
"We stayed in the Meadow Woods home from August 1st through 9th of 2015. The location is great with easy access to all parts of Yosemite National Park. If at all possible try to arrive at the house in daylight when approaching, at least the first time. The house is nice and we particularly enjoyed sitting out on the deck for a meal or just relaxing. If you are going to stay here don’t buy any Yosemite Guide Books because the house has all of the good ones. The kitchen also has the little things you might forget to bring, salt, pepper, paper towels, etc. Annie’s tip to stop at the Raley’s supermarket in Oakhurst California if you are coming for the south was a good one. The only store nearby is in Yosemite Village and it is more of a convenience store than a super market. The WIFI is adequate for e-mail and web surfing, but not for streaming movies. There was a problem with WIFI while we were at the house and Annie helped resolve the issue quickly. We loved our trip to Yosemite and the house added to the experience. We can recommend staying here."
