"This really spacious, lake front home was ideal for our family of two grandparents, two couples, and six grandchildren. Everyone had a proper, comfortable bed and found something special- a pool table downstairs, the playhouse on the deck, fishing from the dock (no catches), using the barbecue, enjoying the views framed by enormous, stately pines. We swam daily, mostly from the association beach nearby. We rented sailboats a few times. We used our paddleboard (after getting it registered, with the owner's help). We had small children, and hiked an easy trail in Pine Mountain and another at Hetch Hetchy in Yosemite Park, an hour's drive. We enjoyed the small museum in town. The house itself was absolutely lovely, very clean. The inside was perfectly in keeping with the woodsy surroundings, with lots of light. We were taken with the comfortable, well designed furniture, the art, the colors, how every wall or table or area of the home, including the baths and the kitchen, had something pleasing to the eye. Thank you, April, for a great family vacation."
