Nice, quiet place to stay while visiting Yosemite
"We had a really lovely time staying at this house. It was clean & comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there are lots of board games & dvds to keep you occupied. The main purpose of our trip was to visit Yosemite, so we were only there in the mornings & evenings, but it was a great place to hang out & rest up for the next day.
The area the house is in seems to be more of a summer vacation destination and a lot of the neighboring houses were empty, so it was very sedate & quiet while we were there - which is what we were looking for! I imagine that it's a lot more bustling in the summer. Pine Mtn Lake is quite lovely and looks like a great place to hang out, especially if you like water sports. Groveland itself is a cute town, with a nice market and several small businesses - shops, cafes, etc.
The owner was very pleasant to deal with and provided us with lots of good information about the house (directions, check in/out directions, info about the Resort, etc). We would definitely consider staying at this house again!"

"The house was amazing and extremely comfortable. The views from the porch where amazing and the owners were so wonderful. They answered all the questions we had and were so accommodating. The area around was so calm and peaceful. I was able to see deer from the porch as I enjoyed a nice book early in the morning. A plus was that Yosemite was only 35 minutes away so we were able to go there to enjoy it's beauty. The house and the neighborhood was absolutely amazing and it made this girls trip an amazing one."

"We stayed at Treetops for 5 nights with our college-age son on a trip exploring the Yosemite area. The house was lovely and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The pool table was a real treat as we hadn't played pool together in such a long time, and we had fun listening to music and shooting pool. The area is a very quiet resort and, being on the deck at night, we commented on how quite the neighborhood was. The deck is a really great place to hang out! We were there in a heat wave and being close to the lake was a blessing. We had big fun swimming and kayaking. Although the kitchen was well appointed, there are some fine places to eat in Groveland, which was a surprise. We staggered our visit with one day hiking in Yosemite followed by a day at the house relaxing, and that worked out perfectly. We had never been to that part of the California so it was fun to explore."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We had 4 adults and 2 children (2&7) and the house was very roomy, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped for a family to cook a large meal, the laundry room was a big plus as well as toys available for our kids to play with. The town of Groveland is within a short driving distance. We enjoyed strolling thru the historic downtown area and visited the well stocked grocery store multiple times during our stay. We look forward to another stay at this wonderful house in the near future."
