"In the heart of Mariposa, everything was so close to the house. The property is beautiful, spotless inside with many welcoming touches. Outside is beautifully landscaped with a garden, flowers, and a green lawn! It was a close and easy drive to get to Yosemite, but the property was far enough away from the tourist crowds. After a long day sightseeing, it was nice to be able to run to the store/grab a bite at the local restaurants- all within a short walk! Doe made everything very easy for us- from reservations to directions-I would recommend this property and will definitely be coming back! Thanks for a great trip!"

"My husband and I love to spend time with the family. We have spent many summers going to Bass Lake and have many wonderful memories of our stays at Bass Lake. This past summer we had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cabin. We had all the comforts of home and a heavenly view of the lake. The cabin is clean and is stocked with all the kitchen utensils our group of ten could need. All the appliances were well taken care of and worked well. There were plenty of beds and they were clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to next summer and another awesome time at this very beautiful cabin."

"A group of friends and I stayed here for two nights. It is VERY close to glacier point, we had a surprise snow and they closed the road down though. However the snow view from the deck was beautiful and Tunnel View was like 10 minutes away. Plenty of towels, soap and a very stocked kitchen. Loved the smell of the wood in the home and there was lots of room for sleeping. We fit 7 people with plenty of space left. The huge kitchen table was awesome, we made a big dinner and it was so nice to have everyone sitting around a table together.
The next day was sunny and sipping on coffee and enjoying the view of the mountains was marvelous. Highly recommend this place. Was happy the wifi was not working :)"

"We recently stayed at Merry Posy Ranch for 3 nights for our stop over to yosemite and bass lake, and it's too bad we couldn't stay longer. The pictures don't do it full justice. The views from the patio were amazing, the home itself was very cozy and comfortable and having the pool was such a bonus while traveling with kids. The only draw back was the television, there's only one, so if your not use to falling asleep without background sounds it might take an adjustment but it's so absolutely stunning and peaceful that we would stay outside watching the stars until it was bed time so it really didn't affect our family. The house was also so accommodating, we've stayed in rentals where you were lucky to have basic toiletries, Merry Posy has pool toys, plush towels and blankets, extra kitchen items like spices and ziploc bags that might not sound like a big deal but really make you grateful when you're used to having them at your disposal like at your own home. I would definitely recommend this rental and if I return to the area this is where I'll be heading!"
