"We arrived in Fallbrook for a vacation with 8 ladies, we had planned for more but some had to cancel. This home was perfect for us and would easily sleep more. There are several sitting areas both inside and out. We enjoyed the beautiful patio area upstairs especially with beautiful views and it was perfect for star gazing. The large kitchen with serving bar across from stove top was nice for cooking and serving. Plenty of dishes and utensils for a crowd. This home has such a good location. We had day trips to San Diego, Carlsbad, San Luis Rey Mission, Temecula wine country, and Palm Springs Tramway. Owner, Michelle even told us about Fallbrook events happening while we were there, we appreciated the obvious care taken to make sure guests are comfortable.
We Unanimously agree we would love to return."

"My family (husband, 4 and 2-year old boys) and I stayed at this cabin and just returned! It was in a lovely location centrally located by the village, an awesome tubing hill (alpine slide), and the lake! Cabin was comfortable, beds were so soft and loved the central heating. Unfortunately while we were there the center rain-shower head was no longer there! Also, the fireplace was unlike any I had ever seen before and even with some instruction from the owner we were unable to light it.
But at the end of the day, loved our stay, my kids and husband and I could have stayed longer. The owner, John, was very helpful and had so many great tips about the area it was a pleasure dealing with him. I highly recommend this cabin!!"

"We cannot thank the owners enough for allowing us to spend a relaxing 3 day weekend in their beautiful mountain home. It was like walking into a model home; professionally decorated, upgrades galore and super-duper clean! The “million dollar” view of the lake could be seen from all windows, including the to-die-for master bath. The bottle of Merlot left for us by the owners was extremely appreciated and much needed after spending an agonizing 4 hours in stop and go traffic. (hint: leave extra early on holiday weekends). Some wood was left for our use in the wood burning fireplace but we ended up favoring the gas fireplaces which gave off the most heat with the same ambiance. Although we had initially had hoped for a snowy 3 day weekend, we instead took advantage of the unusually warm weather and spent 2 days at the dock. The girls had fun kayaking and fishing -none caught but we saw one jump! The dock is a 2 minute drive across the street and then about a 5 minute walk along the shoreline. We walked the village, hiked around the neighborhood, spent a few hours driving around the lake and viewing a few open houses, tried to get a pizza at Lou and Eddies but passed on the hour+ wait (next time) and binge shopped at Jensons (lots of hard to find items and a yummy bakery with a Starbucks). This lovely home has all the comfort and necessities of home including movies on demand, games and Wi-Fi. We can’t wait to return. PS. Communication with the owners is outstanding! Thanks again- your home was everything we had hoped for!"
