"We loved this property! Martin is a great host and there are quite a few nice personal touches to the décor inside the house. The house has a very homey log cabin feel. The main living room on the 2nd floor with the high ceiling is very conducive for large family gatherings. We had a group of 9, 3 kids, plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or private space between the first floor game room, second floor main living room, or the 3rd floor retreat. The kitchen is large with everything you need. The dining table is very large and sat us all with room to spare. There are some games on the premise but we brought our own as well. The BBQ was not working but Martin is aware of that. We were fortunate enough to experience snow during our stay, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the snow falling experience. Looking at snow falling in the backyard through the huge living room windows was truly an awesome experience. The garages can park up to 4 cars though due to the steep slope on the upper garage, we used only the lower garage for parking. The upper garage also housed the ping pong table, which we used. The location is very convenient, very close to local markets and drug stores for all the supplies. And minutes to the village for good eats. Quiet neighborhood with access to a small trail on the hill behind the house. Good view of the lake from top of the hill. We had a really good time at this cozy, yet roomy, mountain retreat. Thank you Martin!"

"We recently had the opportunity to share a weekend vacation at this beautiful cabin with 2 other families. We had such a great time. The cabin gave all of us the opportunity to take bike rides to the lake and around the cabin. We highly enjoyed the spa and had a great competition around the pool table. I would highly recommend renting this cabin. We will be returning soon for a longer period of time!"

"We just got back from our first vacation in Big Bear, and we had an awesome time in this house. It was equipped with Satellite TV, a ping pong table, a pool table, a foosball table, and Jacuzzis. The kids had a blast in the home. It was a really great place to come back to after a day on the lake. We also roasted marshmallows over the walk-around fireplace in the living room which the kids loved. The interior was gorgeous. The two master bedrooms were huge and had private Jacuzzis. The kids loved the bunk beds and beds with nooks in the downstairs bedroom that could sleep 5-6 kids in beds and probably another 4-5 on the floor if you wanted to. We are thinking of coming back with a couple families for a group retreat. The neighborhood was super quiet, and it was great for an early morning walk to see all the beautiful homes and cool bear statues people had in front of their homes. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting with kids!"

"We recently rented the cabin for our summer getaway, and loved it! There were 7 children and 3 adults, and there was more than enough room for all us. When we were not on the lake, there was always something for the kids to do: pool table, air hockey, arcade, foosball, and the hot tub. The owner provided all of the information we needed, as well as contact phone numbers in case we needed assistance. We highly recommend this cabin!"
