"The cabin is centrally located and within one block of Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the Big Bear Zoo. There is a pick-up for the Mountain Transit at Bear Mountain as well as at the Big Bear Zoo. The Big Bear Trolley also has a pick up at the Big Bear Zoo. In all my years to Big Bear, I have never ridden the Trolley, but the boys went their way on Saturday and the girls went their way, and we needed transportation, so to the Trolley pick-up we went. A fun little mode of transportation! The cabin is clean, nice and has a huge fireplace! There is also a large driveway. The cabin has a large open great room area with a ton of games! Great room and kitchen are located upstairs, making for a nice view of the local area. Master bedroom is also located upstairs with on suite and separate 1/2 bath for the people in the great room area. Huge dining room table and wonderful kitchen with a lot of kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils, tupperware, coffee maker, blender, etc., etc. - the most I have seen in a rental home - so nice!) First floor has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and laundry room. All bedrooms have their own TV's, which is nice should people want to retreat to their rooms. Garage is huge and has ping pong table. We fit a Toyota Tacoma and Jeep Wrangler in the garage, which was nice, especially if it had snowed. We had a very nice relaxing weekend. We definitely recommend the cabin. Carola & Stephen, the owners, were also fabulous! So prompt on email responses and so kind to offer early check-in and late check-out; prompt deposit refund. Highly recommend this home and these owners. Thanks Carola & Stephen for making this a great weekend - we all had a fantastic time!"

"My husband and I stayed at Bearfootin' for two nights on our way to a wedding and fell in love with the cabin. Sitting on a quiet street with a view of the lake cannot be beat! The cabin is decorated just as you would expect a cabin in the woods should be, warm and welcoming! The front porch is fantastic for enjoying some cocktails on while watching the sun go down or in the early morning as it rises over the lake! All the amenities provided made for an easy, carefree getaway. It is close to absolutely everything! We will definitely be back to enjoy it again in the near future! Wonderful memories were made, thank you to Bridget for being so accommodating...it was easy from start to finish!"

"This is our second visit to Big Bear both times staying at the Baby Bear Cabin. Can't say enough about the cleanliness and feeling that your at home in this cabin it's close to everything and within walking distance of the lake. The owners (Chris & Jim) recently replaced the rear deck making the outdoor hot tub experience even better and the new shower in the master bathroom is perfect. We take a lot of small trips and have decided that when it comes to Big Bear we will stay nowhere else. Frank and Suzy"

"We had a perfect vacation 8 day vacation at snow summit and staying in this Cabin was a very important part of it. The owner is easy to work with, direct and transparent communications.
Everything you need is included and the cabin is just as the pictures shown and the amenities as described. The area is quiet and relaxing eventhough it is convenientely located close to the snow summit parking area. Weekend crowds and traffic was not an issue for us and we were able to go back and forward from the skiing area.
Being a one story home makes moving in very easy, full of day-ligth and the level of energy just right. The jacuzzi is state of the art, my wife and I enjoyed so much after our Long Ski days. The deck and area sorrounding the home was covered with snow and the kids enjoyed playing around the pine trees chasing squirrels and little bunnies.
We love'd it and hope to go back again next winter; Jason thanks for sharing this property with us!"
