  • Home away from Home

"We had a wonderful time at this home. I took my sister and her family as well as my own family with a total of 8 of us. There were two master bedrooms and two bedrooms perfect for our kids. The garage housed three game tables which were a nice way to have the kids get their own thing going on in the garage. It was basically like a finished garage. The house was quite relaxing for us to leave San Diego and reside here for a long weekend. The owner is very nice and accommodating and followed up with us multiple times to make sure we had no issues and were having a good time. So the pros were: GREAT/AWESOME location. OMG I actually lost my sunglasses and walked home from the ski resort to look for them and then went back by foot as well. Really nice perk. The family room had an ample seating area for a large group and the dining table was spacious for us all to gather 'round. The owner was great. The house had all amenities needed for a relaxing time. Don't forget your shampoo and conditioner and shower gel as these are not provided....again, not a huge deal and by the way...Kmart and Vons a few blocks away too. Seriously the very best location. We want to visit Gary's home again (notice I put home not house) in the summer to enjoy the mountain biking and the lake and the solitude. Very very nice. LOVED our visit. Gary will hear from us again."

  • Perfect Family Trip

"Our first trip to Big Bear with our 3 kids, shared this great cabin with another family and had a wonderful time! Kids loved the bunk beds, and plenty to keep them busy while they were not on the slopes, from ping pong to board games and movies with netflix. Superb location, comfortable beds, and kitchen stocked with all the basics. Would definitely return and recommend to others."

  • Great Family Fun Weekend

"Our weekend vacation began with being greeted by Diane, the owner upon our arrival. Diane made us feel like part of her family. Diane was thorough as she took us on a tour of her home, explaining how things worked and where to find extra towels, linens, keys, etc. The place was very clean and cozy. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything we would need was already there. The view from the deck was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool table and had a lot of fun putting some of the puzzles together. The grandkids had fun exploring the grounds. Using the jacuzzi while it was snowing was a great experience for all who were brave enough to get in. The piano was an added bonus and I really enjoyed listening to my children as they randomly played a few tunes. We would like to come back again, maybe during the summer next time. Thanks Diane for making our weekend a great experience."

  • Camp Run a Muk

"Beautiful property and the owners are fantastic! Very comfortable home with plenty to do for all inside and outside. Our kids and grandkids spent most of the day in the back yard building a snow man and igloo as well sledding down the slope, did not even leave the house. Perfect location, close to every. We highly recommend this property and its owners, we will definitely be coming back!!"
