"Our family and visitors from Australia (8 adults/teens) just spent 5 days over Christmas in the cabin. It was just wonderful. The cabin was very spacious and clean, and Danna (owner) had it decorated beautifully to celebrate the holiday. It is very close to Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, and only a short drive to the village. It had everything we needed to prepare, cook and enjoy a large Christmas dinner, and the hot tub was a fabulous way to relax after a day on the slopes."

Perfect Base Camp for a Big Bear Mountain Adventure!
"We had an excellent trip up to Big Bear and it was so lovely to have a cozy cabin where we could share meals together and turn in for the night, when we weren't out skiing, snowboard, hiking, and exploring. There were windows everywhere with views of the slopes and the falling snow (magic!) -- truly a perfect place to make base during our trip to the mountain.
The owners were very organized and super helpful from start to finish; anticipating any questions we may have had. They made the process so easy and stress free! Thank you!"

"House was great, my friends and I have done an annual trip, and this has been the best house yet! A couple things to note..
- Its a Charcoal Grill, not gas.
- Foosball Table is broken (the feet of the players were snapped off)
- Some stains in the carpet, but as to be expected from a rental home
- Limited kitchenware, best to bring plastic cups, paper plates, etc.
- Its about a 10min drive down back to Big Bear Blvd. lots of windy roads and turns to get here. Can be inconvenient if you need to run down and grab something, but ultimately worth it when you get there and see the view off the balcony.
Will definitely be back!"

"Vista Pines cabin is a wonderful cabin and both my wife and kids loved it. The cabin is very well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with great plates, pots, and appliances. The hot tub was very clean and there was a wonderful little playhouse for the kids in the back. We will be be returning."
