"Everything about this experience met or exceeded our expectations. This is a palatial, classy, warm, lovely home with room to comfortably entertain four families as we did (nine adults and seven children). The host was incredibly helpful and gracious including sending back overnight, computer power cord one of our party had left behind at no charge. The location is excellent as it's practically walking distance from the main grocery store and other conveniences which his great if you don't want to drive or deal with the traffic, yet remote enough to feel very private. Totally agree with other reviewers regarding the space, cleanliness, comforts, features, etc. We cooked every evening and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked with excellent cook and bake ware, spices, etc. We've rented more then ten different cabins over the years at Big Bear and this is the only one we'll be returning to. The owner accepted our dogs, helped out with some supplies that were low, was quick to respond to any questions and overall was just incredibly classy and pleasant. We're already set to return next winter. Thank you Mailia!"

"What a wonderful log cabin getaway. There is something very spiritual about be surrounded by natures bounty. Definitely the best cabin experience. We spent the days hiking, and kayaking; and the evenings relaxing by the fire, and soaking in the hot tub. No waiting for this tub to heat, it was ready to go all weekend long. All the amenities of home yet tucked away in the wilderness. Search no more, this cabin has all you need!"

"We r having a really nice stay here. The forest is right here and it is quiet and located just close enough to town. The house is the perfect size for the 4 of us and the Pacman table is always a hit. The balcony out front is nice to sit on and the house is well stocked with towels and such. Just know that like many places in the mountains the driveway is steep and can be an issue for some cars."
