"My family and I stayed at Lakefront Serenity and it was great. It was very clean, right on the lake and on a really quiet, kind of secluded road. The spa was so nice in the backyard overlooking the lake. We actually rented it through their property manager, Michelle at Big Bear Dream Cabins, and she was so nice to work with. We would love to stay here again."

"Our son's family and we just spent a great weekend in this cabin. It is very well located with maximum possible privacy and ammenities. It looked good from the photos and turned out even better. It has a very large new back deck and bbq which would be fantastic in the summer. We were really impressed by the number and size of the trees, oaks and pines. It makes it open to light in the winter, but well shaded in the summer (we will be going back, then). It is very quiet, yet the Bear Mtn ski area is only a few minutes away. The kitchen and baths look recently remodeled and new, and they have everything you need for cooking and dining. The bedrooms are adequately sized and the furniture is well kept. The kids bunkbeds were fantastic. Wifi was fast and reliable. TV is up to date. Relaxing, comfortable, quiet and convenient - felt like home."

"We had a lovely stay at the Mountain Villa this past weekend with a couple other families. It's a very large home and the layout is ideal for various families to have their own private space. There's one large master bedroom and the remainder of the rooms aren't really comparable but it's workable for a weekend. Really enjoyed the ample space and the house is beautiful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, BBQ, unlimited firewood for $20 and the walking trail behind the house that leads to a gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains. The only thing we were missing was snow but the sledding mountain was very close.
We vacation every year with the same families and we love to cook. Only complaint was the kitchen cabinets being in quite disarray. Spent a lot of time hunting for tops for pots and pans and mismatched pieces. This is pretty common with rentals and I certainly understand it's difficult to keep everything organized. There were ample dishes and silverware as well as dining areas.
Martin was very communicative and all the information was well laid out. As others have acknowledged, 10 am checkout is so early but nonetheless, we had a lovely time and would certainly come again."

"Sugarpine Chalet is very enchanting and spacious. This Big Bear City cabin has great character, is very well maintained and is full of the right amenities. The location is close to town but not in town where you get all the traffic. Colleen & Scott keep this place very nice and are very easy and professional to work with. Our family of seven were very happy with our stay. We played a lot of pool and used the spa which is very clean. It snowed when we were there and we went inner-tubing and snowboarding. The town has a lot of neat shops, stores and restaurants. We will for sure be back.
Thanks much Colleen & Scott!"
