  • Very cozy cabin indeed

"Very nice cozy cabin nearby Big Bear. Everything was as described, and the overall upkeep and cabin decorations were lovely. I like how clean and well maintained the place is. The plumbing is excellent. The amenities - gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, fireplace !!! - are fantastic. My only additional note is on the beds: the memory foam topper does provide the softness as promised, but the bed itself seems on the old side. The bed foundation excessively bends under weight making it uncomfortable to sleep on. There's an improvement opportunity in upgrading, if so desired, easily with even cheap ikea bed and very basic firm spring full sized mattress for under $150 total. That said the sofa bed in the living room provides an alternative to sleeping on the beds and an opportunity to fall asleep watching the searing coals dance in the beautiful modern fireplace. Will come back here again very soon. Thank you for the experience."

  • Perfect for our little family!

"We (me, husband, baby, toddler, and dog) stayed in this cabin for 5 nights and really enjoyed it! The pictures and reviews were accurate. I always appreciate detailed reviews so I will try to do the same here ... Cons: - I don't think the cleaning company did a thorough job. Luckily I found the vacuum and was able to vacuum the entire downstairs. It looked as if they quickly swept the floors and that was all. Normally, I wouldn't be too bothered by this, but I have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth so clean floors are a must. - There were old used sponges in the kitchen sink. Personally I don't want to wash dishes with an old sponge that another stranger used on who knows what. PROS: - loved the bedrooms upstairs! Carpeted (these looked cleaned...I didn't see any dog hair from previous renters). - the master bed was very very comfortable!!!!!! It was so nice to have the door opened to the balcony in the mornings. - the 2nd bedroom worked perfectly for our toddler and had plenty of room for the baby's pack and play - being able to do a load of laundry while we were there was another huge plus - 5 minutes to town. 10-15 minutes to the Village - We had difficulty with the WiFi, but the problem was quickly fixed. Ryan, the owner, responded very quickly to my texts about this and did everything he could to help us. - quiet neighborhood All in all a great place to stay at a fabulous price. We would stay here again...maybe in the winter next time :)"

  • Another great visit!

"This was our second stay at the cabin and it was just as nice as we remembered. The cabin is clean, inviting, comfortably furnished and has nice amenities. The drive to Snow Summit is short and the hot tub is great after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely continue to rent this cabin when we visit Big Bear."

  • fantastic for all

"This has been by far the best cabin I have rented, and best owners I have had the privilege to work with. We loved it do much we have already booked our next new years trip up here. The kids loved the snow and large back yard for the kiddos to play in, you did.not have to leave the property in less you wanted to. All the amenities you could think of are there, I especially loved the toys up in the loft for the kids and the living room was my favorite room of the house. Relaxing by the fire drinking some tea and watching the kids finish up there snow sledding in the back yard to me is piceless. Owners are great, neighbors are great, everyone is very helpful there...the kids love d the moon ridge zoo..also... I wish everyone gives this place a chance , you won't be's lovely..."
