  • Perfect for our little family!

"We (me, husband, baby, toddler, and dog) stayed in this cabin for 5 nights and really enjoyed it! The pictures and reviews were accurate. I always appreciate detailed reviews so I will try to do the same here ... Cons: - I don't think the cleaning company did a thorough job. Luckily I found the vacuum and was able to vacuum the entire downstairs. It looked as if they quickly swept the floors and that was all. Normally, I wouldn't be too bothered by this, but I have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth so clean floors are a must. - There were old used sponges in the kitchen sink. Personally I don't want to wash dishes with an old sponge that another stranger used on who knows what. PROS: - loved the bedrooms upstairs! Carpeted (these looked cleaned...I didn't see any dog hair from previous renters). - the master bed was very very comfortable!!!!!! It was so nice to have the door opened to the balcony in the mornings. - the 2nd bedroom worked perfectly for our toddler and had plenty of room for the baby's pack and play - being able to do a load of laundry while we were there was another huge plus - 5 minutes to town. 10-15 minutes to the Village - We had difficulty with the WiFi, but the problem was quickly fixed. Ryan, the owner, responded very quickly to my texts about this and did everything he could to help us. - quiet neighborhood All in all a great place to stay at a fabulous price. We would stay here again...maybe in the winter next time :)"

  • Cabin Wonderland!

"This is the second time I have stayed at this cabin and once again we absolutely loved it. The cabin is located on a nice quiet street in Sugarloaf. It backs up to a national forest so there is plenty of room to explore. At night, the sky seems to be lit up with millions of stars. The cabin itself is the perfect size and has plenty of upgrades. The beds are both kingsize beds with comfortable mattresses, nice sheets, and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The downstairs kitchen has all the items you would expect to have in your own home. The couches in the living room are extremely comfortable and if you need an extra bed, one of the couches pulls out into one. Its located only about 5-10 minutes from the main hub of Big Bear. We like the location because you feel more secluded but getting into town is only a few minutes away so it's the perfect blend. The cabin also has wifi, blu ray disc player (with movies), surround sound and Direct Tv. For our family, the best part was being able to bring our dog. He is such an active part of our family and we really enjoyed the fact the cabin is dog friendly. We couldn't of had a better time and I definitely recommend this cabin."

  • White Christmas

"My family enjoyed our stay at the cabin over Christmas. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. We went into Big Bear Christmas day which is only a short distance away. There is not alot open on Christmas, but we enjoyed some cosmic bowling while we were in town. The cabin is supplied with sheets, blankets and towels. There are some dvds but we also brought our own. We also brought games, puzzles and snow toys. My adult children did not go snow boarding this time even though there was a lot of snow, but the slopes are no more than 15 minutes away."
