"We spent a lovely Memorial weekend at Tammy's "Home Again" cabin. It was perfectly suited for our family of 12 and very well appointed. We really liked the layout because there were 3 bedrooms on the main floor where both couples stayed and the toddlers occupied the full size bunkroom down the hall from us. The teenagers took the 2 bedrooms downstairs so they had their own space and could be as noisy as they wanted to be. The cabin was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and even some spices! The spa was nice and hot when we arrived and we enjoyed our 3 nights outside gathered around the deck fireplace. We also made use of the bar fridge to stock all our beverages. The pool table and cabinet full of games kept the kiddos entertained. The washer/dryer came in handy for washing the spa towels on a daily basis. The driveway is big enough for two large trucks or 3 or 4 compact cars. We liked how quiet the neighborhood was but it was still close enough to the "city" where all the shops and restaurants were. I'd recommend a visit to the village. We enjoyed Saucy Mama's for
lunch one day and the cute little shops. It's a bit busy on the weekends though, so parking can be a bit of a challenge. Overall, great, peaceful stay. Thanks Tammy for your hospitality!"

"We had a blast while staying at this cabin. Hot tub was awesome under the trees and stars on those cold nights. Cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed and a very quiet cozy location. Cabin was close to everything we did; Sledding, hiking, bowling, golfing, playing by the lake, shopping, eating, Alpine slide, Apline zoo and Discovery Center. Other reviews said the beds were very hard but we had no complaints there. Sam, the owner, was very nice and helpful. The upstairs secret loft was a huge hit with our kids as well. We will definitely stay there again.
Only a couple things to suggest. The ad for the cabin says bunk beds in both rooms but the bunks beds are broken down so there is a twin and double bed on either side of each room. Also the floor vents between the beds in both rooms makes clothes you put in drawers very hot. Nothing that would make us not stay again. :)"

"I took my 9 year old son up to Big Bear over 4th of July and stayed in this cute adorable cabin. From the moment I booked it, to the last day we were there, it was a fantastic experience! The owner was so sweet, and SO organized! She had everything written down as to how to open up the cabin and what we would need when we got inside. The cabin was so clean and we had everything we could possibly need. It was a perfect size for us and we could easily fit 4 more people. The queen bunk beds were very comfortable. There were so many games and movies, I didn't need to bring anything from home for my young son to play with. It's a short walk to the edge of the lake where we watched fireworks and did some fishing. The Fawnskin area is perfect, as it's not crowded, but yet has it's own little town with a convenient store and a bar, but is close enough to Big Bear Center. I would HIGHLY recommend this cabin to anyone who would like a relaxing weekend getaway, whether with family or just a couple of friends."
