  • Lovely environment, spacious layout

"We were 4 Couples and 3 children and felt this cabin was comfortable and spacious. The Deck was a great place for our BBQ's and Brunches. The kids loved the basement game room, though it would have been better if there was a restroom down there instead of having to run up to flights of stairs. Overall the location is a bit difficult to find because it is off the main drag, it was nice to hear nothing but birds chirping and smell fresh air. We did feel that though the housekeeper does a standard job, it was in need of some a good dusting and deep cleaning, we found our allergies were hightend indoors more than outside, and there was a lot of dust everywhere. But overall the cabin is well kept and maintained."

"Fabulous place, great view, extraordinary room, relatively well-equipped although I'd recommend to the owner to provide more glasses. The new Splash Island is quite the attraction and we were there for the free opening. Pretty busy. Fishing was terrible but I guess expected since it was so hot and there had been a fish derby recently."

  • Adorable Crestline

"My family also accompanied by 2 large-ish dogs, rented this little gem for a weekend in July. Betty thought of almost every detail and provided nearly everything for a fuss free vacation. There was champagne on the dining table (would have been nice to have ice) , a "movie ready" basket with assorted treats, mints on the pillows and my personal favorite-historical books about the area. As one former reviewer pointed out, this wonderful retreat is in an area entirely consisting of vertical living. That being said there are numerous steps (about 2 flights) down to the front door from the street, and a flight of stairs down to the bedrooms/bathroom, additionally there are steps to access the hillside under the home. It is probably not an ideal location for someone needing friendlier/handicap accessibility. We wanted a full on mountain experience with our family and we got it! Our accommodations were wonderful, clean and well stocked, and the town of Crestline is rich in local history and recreation. Our dogs even got the full experience and hopefully learned not to stick their noses in little skunks' holes'! As a side line to that note, Crestline pretty much rolls up the sidewalks by 10pm, and 7-11 only carries so much. Plan accordingly."

Crestline Travel Tips

A Beautiful Mountain Getaway in Crestline Vacation Rentals

As a beautiful town in the region of California known as the Inland Empire, Crestline provides visitors with several attractions. The attractions near Crestline vacation rentals include a lake, hiking trails, ski resorts, and other outdoor activities. Plus, Crestline lodging will give you a rustic experience, so you can be outdoors without having the struggles of camping.

Crestline Lodging and Lake Gregory

Many of the Crestline vacation rentals are on or near the shores of Lake Gregory, a man-made lake which is perfect for fishing, swimming, and small boats. While motorboats are not allowed on the Lake, with the money you will save by using vacation rentals rather than hotels as your Crestline lodging, you can rent rowboats, paddle boats, and aqua cycles for use on the lake. Lake Gregory also has a 300 foot waterslide your whole family can enjoy.

Winter Sports with Inland Empire Vacation Homes

While Lake Gregory makes a great reason to stay in Crestline vacation rentals during the summer, there is also a good reason to visit this California town during the winter. Crestline vacation rentals are close to several ski resorts in nearby Lake Arrowhead, Snow Valley, and Big Bear. These resorts don't just have skiing, either; you can go snowboarding, and some of the resorts allow sledding and ice skating, which is great for younger tourists. And the wonderful Inland Empire vacation homes in Crestline will give you enough room to keep your sleds, boards, skis, and skates tucked away safely without taking up any of your living space.

Get Away from it all in Crestline

One of the biggest reasons to come to Crestline isn't even recreation; it's the crisp, clear air. In Crestline, you can breathe freely and enjoy the freedom of naturally clean air.
