  • Wonderful Again!!

"This was our second stay at the Ostash cabin & we are happy to report that it was just as relaxing as our first trip! Once again, we enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, cozy fireplace, big screen tv with surround sound, the large deck for watching the Blue Jays during the day & stars at night, air hockey table for family fun & the overall comfort of the home!!! Thank you Dave for your generosity & once again helping us have a great family getaway!! We will be back!! :)"

  • CG

"The place is cute and cozy. Neighbors were cool. My dog loved it in and out and made lil friend and big one. Only downside was taking wood for the fireplace and not using it. :)"

  • Wonderful Getaway!

"My family and I had the opportunity to rent this cabin the weekend after New Year's and we couldn't have been more happy. The cabin was well stocked with most amenities travelers would need - pantry items, all cook wear, all linens & towels, movies, games, etc. The cabin was spotless and is very well maintained. The owners were very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions asked. We would definitely stay in this great cabin again!"

  • The seclusion and owner set this property apart from the rest, A+...

"We stayed at Tony's cabin in March of 2013 with two small kids. If you are looking for a more resort like property, or a jacuzzi deck this is not the property for you, this is a property for people that want a CABIN. The wood burning stove does an excellent job of heating the cabin evenly and keeping it cozy even when the snow flies outside (we had one night with snow). A few things we learned that will come in handy to future visitors... Don't overpack, the cabin has plenty of utensils, pots, pans and so on and in the end we were glad we brought some paper plates and cups so we didn't have to wash dishes, but most everything you need as far as kitchenware is there. Firewood is everywhere (we brought some). The cabin is isolated and quiet and you will sleep great, town in close enough if you need something. Just understand this is a rustic property, there is hot water for quick showers, but this is a simple few frills property. When we drove up at first we were a little put off by some clutter around the cabin, but understand the owner is building an addition so that part is a work in progress and explains some of the tools about. Super nice owner, easy to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again. Great scenery, two kids and we never turned the TV on once."
