  • Wonderful cozy cabin

"My friend and I desperately needed a girls get away weekend. My friend has dogs that she wanted to bring along, and so I chose this lovely cabin. My friend and I loved every detail of this cabin from the original 40s stove and refrigerator, to all the lovely period decor on the walls. There were wonderful staple supplies in the kitchen and all types of bakeware and cookware available as well! It was definitely a home away from home and extremely comfortable. The large fenced yard was wonderful for my friends dogs and I have never seen them so ready for bed at the end of the day. The cabin was the perfect peaceful, quiet place for us to be able to refuel our spirits! We are already planning our next trip to Sweet Pine cabin and the following one after that! Thank you so much!!!! The bathroom is a bit narrow (fits perfectly with the 1940s style of the cabin) so I would not recommend this cabin to anyone who is on crutches or in a wheel chair as it would be difficult to navigate it. Shawn was very responsive and great about sending me all of the information that we needed! I also received an extremely quick refund for the damage deposit."

  • Multi-Family Comfort

"Our party of 8 (two couples, three kids and Grandma) loved this cabin and found it extremely comfortable in every detail. The bedding was so plush it requires its own mention. It is obvious that the owners love the place and enjoy it themselves as there are so many personal touches in evidence. The kitchen is especially well stocked with equipment as well. There's a little laundry nook with a state-of-the-art washer/dryer plus an extra refrigerator in the garage. And the tankless water heater means everyone gets a hot shower. We would rent it again in a second!"

  • Snow Summit

"This was our second stay - superb accommodation, very near Snow Summit, great owner and very clean. Easy access to lake as well. This cabin is well cared for and is our favorite in Big Bear."

  • Lovely stay

"My husband and I stayed at this cabin and we fell in love with it right away. It felt like home. Especially cause we have the same painting as the one in the bedroom lol. It was super cute! We took our dogs and were so pleased that there are actually dog food bowls under the sink as well as cleaning solution in case of accidents. (Even tho it wasn't needed). It's nice to find a pet friendly place like this. We BBQ one night and ate outside in the front patio. It was so relaxing and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! The owners are really attentive and responded to all of our texts. Overall the best time."

Inland Empire Travel Tips

Inland Empire Vacation Rentals for a Great Trip

Inland Empire in California is a beautiful area located to the north of San Diego County and just west of Palm Springs. Surrounded by hills and mountain ranges with a few natural passes, the area measures around 60 miles from north to south and 50 miles from east to west. It is one of the few places where you are less than an hour’s drive from both the beach and the ski resorts. The impressive peaks around the Inland Empire area reach over 10,000 feet, making it a great area for outdoor activities throughout the year. Keep an eye open for the wild donkeys too!

The Major Advantages of Inland Empire Vacation Rentals

Choosing a vacation rental home that is right for you and your family is one of the most important parts of your vacation. Look for a rental vacation home that is in the right location to cut down on unnecessary driving and close to all the amenities that your family may be looking for. If you plan on dining out, local towns nearby with a choice of restaurants are important. For those planning to cook their own meals, a supermarket may be more essential. Choose a rental home which has sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone their own space, preferably without using the pull-out sofa in the living area. Finally, look for an Inland Empire vacation home that has the amenities you require. A hot tub, game room, children’s play area or even kayaks and bicycles may all provided with some vacation homes, making them excellent values.
