  • Strawberry Creek Cabin

"If you love Yosemite, you'll love this place! The back of the cabin opens up to what looks like a mini Yosemite. The hiking areas around the property also gives you that same feel, like Yosemite, but way more private. The cabin's architecture is also very unique. The master bedroom has huge glass windows that open up to views of tall trees and a nearby mountain. Feels like you're sleeping in a treehouse, but better! At night you can see stars, trees, and the mountain all from the comfort of your bed. WOW!! The back deck has the same views, but has the charm of Strawberry Creek running just below it. The driveway entry with the custom stonework is also very charming. The property has huge boulders in the front that I also loved. The interior of the cabin is beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities that we needed to make us comfortable. We had such a great time there. The cabin is truly enchanting inside and out!"

  • Absolutely Amazing....again!

"Our family had previously stayed at this home in December 2011, and because of our positive experience, we came back! Again, this home was absolutely amazing! The house is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to have snow during our stay, and since the house is located on a hill, we were able to conveniently enjoy sledding down the driveway (the owner even had discs and sleds available for us to use). Another benefit is that the owner is very nice, accommodating, and easy to work with. I look forward to renting this home again in the future."

  • We LOVE this place!!!!!

"My husband and I absolutely LOVE this cottage!!! I can not say enough GREAT things about this home. It was our second time here Nov 7-9. I was just checking the calender to see if we could return on Nov 26 -29 :( and it is booked. DARN.....(We were going to escape the thanksgiving madness and not cook this year. LOL) It is clean, and fixed up really beautifully. You awake to a stunning view of the lake and feel as though you were in a tree house, the views are spectacular, you will see wild life, hear the songs and see the the beautiful birds right before you in the tree!!! (if you like birds, bring bird seed and you can put on the railing to really view the beauty of them) Jan is amazing and will guide you all the way.. Dave and Sherry are also amazing, Oh and don't let me forget Debbie, Thank you Debbie :) and ready to answer any questions or even jump right on over to help open up."

Inland Empire Travel Tips

Inland Empire Vacation Rentals for a Great Trip

Inland Empire in California is a beautiful area located to the north of San Diego County and just west of Palm Springs. Surrounded by hills and mountain ranges with a few natural passes, the area measures around 60 miles from north to south and 50 miles from east to west. It is one of the few places where you are less than an hour’s drive from both the beach and the ski resorts. The impressive peaks around the Inland Empire area reach over 10,000 feet, making it a great area for outdoor activities throughout the year. Keep an eye open for the wild donkeys too!

The Major Advantages of Inland Empire Vacation Rentals

Choosing a vacation rental home that is right for you and your family is one of the most important parts of your vacation. Look for a rental vacation home that is in the right location to cut down on unnecessary driving and close to all the amenities that your family may be looking for. If you plan on dining out, local towns nearby with a choice of restaurants are important. For those planning to cook their own meals, a supermarket may be more essential. Choose a rental home which has sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone their own space, preferably without using the pull-out sofa in the living area. Finally, look for an Inland Empire vacation home that has the amenities you require. A hot tub, game room, children’s play area or even kayaks and bicycles may all provided with some vacation homes, making them excellent values.
