  • Beautiful home!

"We have stayed in this home several times and it is absolutely stunning! Very clean and well organized. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable beds with high end linens. Fully stocked kitchen. This home is unlike any other in this community. It is quite spacious and completely upgraded. The location is the best in the area with beautiful views of the hills, with nobody behind you, private. Debi is a dream to work with too! Thanks, Debi and see you next year!"

  • Far Above The Rest

"My wife and I and usually another couple or two come to Palm Desert Area each year. This condo fit our every need. We are very picky where we stay and with two or three couples in a condo, the first thing we look for in a condo is "how many baths" and this condo had 3 1/2 not often found. That was just the start as the pictures on the internet did not do the condo it due. The living room was very large with fireplace and plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas. The condo had a full dining room, separate breakfast area and sitting area with TV. The three bedrooms with TVs provided plenty of room as any condo we have rented in the area with each having its own bathroom. The condo was stocked with everything and more than we expected. The owner was super to work with, giving us all the information that we needed to have use of the Palm Valley Country Club. The large patio overlooked a beautiful golf hole and the BBQ Grill worked great. The owner provided two golf carts for our use if we wanted to roam around the area grounds and neighborhood. The owner also had a membership which allowed us and our guest to play one of the courses and to use the Country Club for golf and eating. The location of the condo in Palm Desert was close to some other golf clubs that we had privileges to play. We highly recommend this condo and we will be back. It gets five stars and it is hard to get five stars from my wife and I."

  • Great Home in Trinidad!

"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Parker Creek Cottage is a great home for 2-4 people. It was immaculate when we arrived and nicely stocked. The beds are very comfortable and it has a heater as well as a wood stove if needed. The yard states it's fully fenced, although there is a small area (about 7') next to the front gate that is not fenced at all. We always bring a portable fence because of our dog, and that fixed the problem. Most of the fence is 4' chain link. The deck is fabulous, has a nice view of beautiful trees and the trail down to Indian beach is gorgeous, fairly steep with stairs and takes about 5 minutes. It's a very nice beach with views of Trinidad Harbor and off the beaten path, so very quiet. I would definitely stay at this home again and bring my dog."

Inland Empire Travel Tips

Inland Empire Vacation Rentals for a Great Trip

Inland Empire in California is a beautiful area located to the north of San Diego County and just west of Palm Springs. Surrounded by hills and mountain ranges with a few natural passes, the area measures around 60 miles from north to south and 50 miles from east to west. It is one of the few places where you are less than an hour’s drive from both the beach and the ski resorts. The impressive peaks around the Inland Empire area reach over 10,000 feet, making it a great area for outdoor activities throughout the year. Keep an eye open for the wild donkeys too!

The Major Advantages of Inland Empire Vacation Rentals

Choosing a vacation rental home that is right for you and your family is one of the most important parts of your vacation. Look for a rental vacation home that is in the right location to cut down on unnecessary driving and close to all the amenities that your family may be looking for. If you plan on dining out, local towns nearby with a choice of restaurants are important. For those planning to cook their own meals, a supermarket may be more essential. Choose a rental home which has sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone their own space, preferably without using the pull-out sofa in the living area. Finally, look for an Inland Empire vacation home that has the amenities you require. A hot tub, game room, children’s play area or even kayaks and bicycles may all provided with some vacation homes, making them excellent values.

Things to do From Your Inland Empire Lodging

The area around Inland Empire offers a wide range of outdoor activities for visitors. Hiking in the hills is a popular pastime along with horseback riding and mountain biking. The area also lends itself to motorcycling and ATV riding. During the winter months, there is plenty of snow at the higher elevations so visitors can go skiing, snow tubing and snowboarding. For a day of leisure and pampering, choose a day at a local spa.

Idyllwild lives up to its charming name as it is nestled in the pine forests of the San Jacinto mountains. The town is quiet and peaceful with specialty shops and locally owned restaurants. It is a great place for taking some hikes into the mountains too. Close to the town, the Tahquitz and Suicide Rocks attract both amateur and professional rock climbers.

One final popular recommendation is a trip to Big Bear Lake rentals where boating, sailing, kayaking and other watersports can be enjoyed in this beautiful unspoiled area. Close by is Big Bear Park which is home to a number of rescued animals.
