  • Relaxing Lake view house

"We stayed at this beautiful and comfortable house over the Thanksgiving holiday week. It also was my mom's 75th birthday :o) Our whole family was there. We had 2 days of sunshine and 2 days of snow. We couldn't ask for anything better. We had fires every night, stayed in our sweats, lots of drinks and ate tons of food...LOL... The hot tub was so very relaxing and we even went out in it when it was snowing. The boys in our family brought there Rhino's (4 wheelers) and drove over to the Rubicon and went riding for the day. Thank you Marilyn it was wonderful!! Hope to use it in the summer too."

  • Great ending to our Winter Break

"We had a great experience at the Lynnwood Chalet. We were drawn to the property for the snow run in the back yard, and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean, which was a huge plus for us. Our children enjoyed the game room, and my husband and I enjoyed the calm and serene surroundings. We ate at the Gar restaraunt our first night there, and they has the BEST burger and crab cakes. We ate in the rest of our stay and found the Lynnwood Chalet Kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking gear for each meal. I was also impressed with the level of thoughtfulness given by the owners for their guests. They had eatery information posted along with emergency contacts such as local hospitals. Cabinets were labeled and little amenities were found in the kitchen and bathrooms. Personal notes were left in albums which provided a rich history if the property's journey. We also enjoyed reading about Tahoe's history as provided. We are thankful for such a wonderful family experience. We would recommend this property to future families. We hope to return next Winter. • Perfect for our active family

"This home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the house had something for everyone. We used the badminton, spa, plenty of board games, books, and even 2 toy bins to entertain our local friends 3 &5 year olds who stopped by one night. The bedrooms were roomy and spaced far enough for privacy for two families. We didn't expect two living rooms as the photos show one. Our dog loved the yard, plenty of room to run around."

  • Great beds

"The beds were really comfortable and it was a very short walk over to the lake. It's also a great location right between Kings Beach and Tahoe City."
