Nice Dollar Pt. Home
"Nice home and great layout of the deck for outdoor entertaining. Beds were OK. Bathrooms were satisfactory but a little outdated. Kitchen was satisfactory. I was not overwhelmed by the place but I feel the rental price was commensurate with what we received. It was very clean but does need some sprucing up to compete with other rentals."

"The condo is in a great location and a very functional set up. Comfortable beds and good pillows. We were there with 2 adult children and their partners. My only complaint was that the microwave doesn't really work. It took about 10 minutes to warm up a plate of food."

"Overall this house was perfect for our family reunion of nine people. The Dollar Point neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed breakfast on the deck with a view of the lake. Also appreciated that the house is close to Tahoe City, but far enough away that you feel a bit off the beaten path. The house is laid out well, with four bedrooms and plenty of living space, including a large round dining table that accommodated all nine of us. The kids loved the game room, which includes and air hockey table, checker/chess table, tons of puzzles, and other games. The only suggestions for improvement would be a few nonstick pans without flaking teflon, at least one or two empty cupboards to store dry food items (currently all cupboards are filled with dishes/cookware), and a portable fan to set up in the upstairs bunk room on warmer nights (a ceiling fan in there would be great, but I suppose that's not the safest with a bunk bed).
Would definitely recommend to friends! Thanks for the great stay."

"The home fit our needs perfectly for a summer weekend. We spent most of our time outdoors, so did not need many bells-and-whistles, but did appreciate the hot tub for winding down at night. The house is very well-located -- walkable to the lake, close to town, and an easy drive to the hiking spots we targeted further south. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with."
