  • Great Memories of Tahoe!

"This home was beyond our expectations! Beautifully designed and decorated with a wonderful view. We enjoyed cooking, dinning outside on the decks, playing air hockey, and spending evenings outside in the hot tub or lounging in the hammock. The owners were lovely and gave us the inside scoop on all their favorite hikes and activities, which fit our families perfectly."

  • Excellent location for Ironman Lake Tahoe

"We (family of 6) stayed at Patricia's lovely house for 5 nites leading up to Ironman Lake Tahoe. The house was very nice, clean, well furnished and had a great video librbary. The location was also excellent, just a mile (20 min walk) to the village. The communications with her were very clear and helpful. I would highly recommend her property and we will likely use it again next year if I do the race."

  • Great Cabin. Perfect Location.

"The pictures don't really do this property justice. The view from the clean updated deck is fantastic, and the nearby trees provide just enough shade when you need it. Architecturally this is kind of like mid-century modern meets cozy rustic Tahoe. The master bedroom is on one side and the two smaller bedrooms on the other, separated by the large open living area in the middle with the kitchen facing the lake. The property is situated at the end of a large open cul-de-sac that backs into open forest with only a couple of neighboring homes. So if you have small children with bikes they can safely ride around and you have comfort in knowing there's no through traffic. The downhill walk or bike ride to Sunnyside, the Tahoe House or even Tahoe City is fun and simple. For return bike rides you'll probably want to just walk your bicycle back up the hill at the end, but my middle-aged legs managed it once or twice (with the right gear of course). There is some traffic noise from the main road below, so this is not a location if you want complete Alpine peace and seclusion. However, the view and conveniences more than drown out that imperfection. We'll be returning again for sure!"
