"This small condo is located a short walk from the tram and very near the Village so plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The unit is small but very well decorated and appointed with coffee filters, paper towels, spices and oil so that you can actually cook there. Several VBO's that I have used before had no spices, oils, vinegars or items in the pantry--this place was great with dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish towels, sponges, etc.. There is a king bed in one bedroom and a bunk room in the other--two small bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a small tub. The bunk room can handle up to 5 kids which was ideal for our family of 5 plus one of the kids friends--all the kids had beds and we still had our privacy. We did not use the pull-out sofa. The king bed was very comfortable. There is free surface parking available plus firewood provided but bring your own kindling. There is also a ski locker that has a separate lock adjacent to the unit. There is no reception but the key was left in a lock box so no problem. I would recommend this apartment to friends with young families or a group of friends--small but very nice."Guest: Lucky Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 7, 2014View listing
"This is a really nice house. Decorated nicely and has all the amenities. Very good location if you are going to Squaw or floating down the river. The wireless internet was a bit frustrating and I had to keep reconnecting. That is the only reason I gave it one star short of Excellent."Guest: Bill Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 8, 2014View listing
"Was a great condo in a great location. Couldn't beat that. Only down side was the garbage trucks were really loud early each morning right outside the windows. No complaints otherwise. It would also be nice to have the ability to have fresh towels and maid service."Guest: Ty Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 11, 2014View listing
"Fantastic condo in a great neighborhood! And Paul & Alice couldn't be better hosts if you were members of their own family. Location is just minutes from all the resort activities around Squaw Valley and just a quick 15 minute drive from N Tahoe City."Guest: M T.
