  • Lovely lodge style family home with an amazing view!

"My husband and four adult children stayed at this lovely home with the amazing view for 3 nights over the Labor Day weekend. We spent an afternoon down at the private homeowner's association beach, enjoying the views and the lake. We rented kayaks and paddle boards at other beaches, went hiking just outside the door of the home into the National Forest, played games and enjoyed good food together. There were fireworks across the lake one of the nights, which we enjoyed from the back deck. Shooting stars and busy chipmunks and squirrels added to our enjoyment. Beds were very comfortable and the home was restful and in a very quiet neighborhood. All supplies, kitchen and bathroom, were adequate for our needs. The home is up on the hills above the lake, with a fairly steep grade. Since we were there in late summer, we had no worries about ice and snow issues on the road. The road and location do not appear to have been problems for other reviewers who have stayed during the winter. We enjoyed the touches of family memorabilia around the home,, and the soaring ceilings with large wooden timbers. The owner was very easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this property to anyone, but it particularly met the needs of our larger group of adults."

  • Wonderful Tahoe House with all the Amenities you could ask for

"We have stayed at this home for an extended weekend for three years now and hope to continue the tradition. With four spacious bedrooms and three and a half baths it works well with several couples, allowing comfort and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and easily allows 4-5 people to help with meal preparation. The open layout of the living area lets everyone socialize together during the lazy mornings, relaxing evenings strumming guitar, and of course, cocktail hour. Location is central to all the Lake destinations and we usually do a day trip to Reno which is an easy 45 minute drive. Love Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay. Great bike paths in town, and this year we wandered the walking trail right across the street! Highly recommend this great Tahoe home and the Bonner hospitality."

  • Gorgeous updated town house

"We just stayed here for the second time in August and have only great things to say about the town house. Downstairs has been completely remodeled making it feel feel large and open. The area it's in has a real safe feeling about it. Whenever we were home we had both the back and front doors open, our kids roamed freely around and we never worried about them. Best of all it is literally a hop, skip and jump to the pool! Tahoe City is an easy bike/trail ride away and has so much to offer from young to old. The owners Bill and Barbara are extremely nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend the place and look forward to staying there again some time!"

Tahoe City Travel Tips

Why Stay in Tahoe City Vacation Rentals?

Families love to vacation in Tahoe City because of the huge lake and great full-service marinas. You should stay in Tahoe City vacation rentals this year and see why so many people come to this destination year after year. Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina; it doesn't matter because you are going to have a great time playing on the water no matter what. See if there are any Tahoe City vacation rentals available for your stay.

Tahoe City Cabins Make Water Recreation Easy

If you own your own boat, you are going to want to find one of the many Tahoe City cabins that are located right on the lake. This way you can dock your boat at your rental property and not have to pay a fee to store it at the Marina and Mall. It also makes water recreation a lot easier because you can just go out your back door and hop on your boat. What's even better is that you can play just off shore of the lake in a private place where you know your family will be safe when you stay in Lake Tahoe vacation rentals instead of at a hotel.
