  • Delightful two-month stay

"Our two-month stay in his condo has been delightful. We loved having the garage for our car and for storage. The location is perfect and just as the description states, is close to restaurants, post office, coffee shop, and I-80. The hot tub on the deck is a fabulous addition, although the pool community club house also has one and we used that quite a few times, too. The pool has a nice lap area that members respect for those that want to swim laps. There's a great workout area also available. There's a regular-sized washer and dryer available to tenants that proved to be very valuable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking utensils. We enjoyed having the fireplace for those cool times in May. The condo was clean and all in all we loved this place and would want to come back."

  • This house was all we wanted and MORE!

"I am so happy with our choice to stay in this home! We invited our family from the East Coast to come celebrate our parent's 50th Anniversary and this house was perfect. It was comfortable and roomy with well thought out details. The big kitchen and the game room were highlights. The kids loved riding bikes up to the Clubhouse to swim. The location is perfect for all kinds of adventures…river, lake, hiking, and dining in downtown Truckee. Steve also did an excellent job of taking care of us and responding to our questions quickly."

  • Gorgeous Home!

"No pictures can do justice for this beautiful and much loved home. We stayed there in summer with our 4 children (10-14) and could not have been more pleased - we often had to pry the children away to enjoy all the outdoor activities that Tahoe has to offer because the house had equally as much to offer! The beautiful, luxurious wide planked wood is everywhere from the floor to ceiling, providing a constant warm glow. The chairs, beds, couches, blankets, breakfast nook - all very comfy and inviting. All the appliances and kitchen utensils are top notch and we needed nothing additional. Beautiful bathrooms at every turn - we especially loved the deep tub with the fireplace in the upstairs master. The kids loved all the games (ping pong, Wii, PacMan game table) and playing server at the living room bar. We took advantage of the quick walk to the Pavillion every evening and enjoyed the sunset while soaking in the hot tub while the kids loved the slide. It was never overly crowded and had great food and drinks too. If you have the chance to stay here, grab it, you won't be disappointed - my only regret is that we only had a week to enjoy it!"

  • Excellent Cabin

"This cabin was everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights and it comfortably accommodated all of us (4 couples and 3 children). The grandparents with mobility issues stayed on the main floor and were able to enjoy themselves- especially with their private room/ bath. The sloping backyard provides an excellent, safe, sledding area for kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we did not want for anything. The place was clean and in good condition. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!"
