  • Beautiful House

"We stayed at Chalet de Celeste for 4 nights. The house is beautiful and exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is within walking distance (about 10mins) of Heavenly Village and the Stateline casinos. The house was comfortably able to accommodate all 8 of us. Pros: Location Steam shower Hot tub Easy check in, check out Prompt replies from the owner Stereo system Cons: The cable was out for the whole time we were there which was disappointing as we wanted to watch the football without having to go to one of the casinos. Upon investigation and a phone call we found out the cable box needed to be updated to digital but the new box hadn't been picked up. A little disappointing but certainly didn't spoil our weekend. Overall a great place to stay in Lake Tahoe."

  • Family vacation

"My son booked this house at Lake Tahoe for us, we all came from different locations like NJ,KS and CA. For four days. It was like going to a nice and cosy place, located in Tahoe Keys walking distance for activities . Grocery store near by. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and fully furnished house with hot tub out side. Wonderful place for wonderful time. We will come back in winter now. Thanks for this opportunity to stay in your house."

  • Great location and fun house!

"We had so much fun on this trip to Tahoe! The house is located about 1 minute drive away from Heavenly's California Lodge (a block and a half away), but unless you are a college student or without ski gear you don't want to walk. Just a few minutes drive away from the casinos and fun on Stateline (and the grocery store). Kitchen was great, but beware there isn't a spice rack or condiments in the fridge. There is a grill off the kitchen which is nice. Cable TV in the living room. Books and puzzles and games. LOVE the foosball table. Played cards a few nights on the huge dining room table. Plenty of hot water for showers (even after 4 showers In a row). Washer and dryer with detergent provided. Awesome decks and fireplace. Obstructed lake view from back deck, but you can't get it all! No TVs in 2 of the bedrooms which was a bummer a couple of nights, but not a deal breaker. Very attentive owner and property manager. We would stay here again! We primarily skied Heavenly, snowmobiles one day, went to Tahoe City one day which was fun (great photo ops along the way), and hung out by the base of the gondola other days. Went to the Keys, but it wasn't anything special in our opinion. Only about an hour and 15 min from Reno airport (and there is a Walmart and two In N Out burgers along the way)."
