"Our stay was fantastic! Very clean, very large new home with thoughtful amenities throughout. The layout of the house is perfect, plenty of common area for socializing and private bedrooms for relaxing or quiet time. The furniture and beds were really comfortable and the decor was just perfect for Lake Tahoe. We spent most of our time outside. The house and grounds were clean and the back deck/ backyard areas were super. Spent some hours barbecuing and socializing in the backyard, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing while taking in the woods/ mountain views. A really relaxing place to be! All 14 people that stayed during the trip really enjoyed the house and were all very impressed. I would highly recommend this home for anyone with a group of people. Great location, close to the buzz of So. Lake, but far enough away for privacy and relaxation. The owner Laura was great to work with and super nice. Thank you!"Guest: Lee Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 17, 2014View listing
"This house was perfect for my party of 12 guys. Excellent location just off Ski Run and Pioneer Trail. Slept 12 comfortably. Kitchen and dining space was sufficient for a party of this size. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals for large groups. BBQ was used several times and cooked to perfection. Hot tub worked well but can only fit about 4. The manager, Lori, was very responsive and accommodating. Although we booked this place for close to the end of spring, it has a perfect Winter location just at the base of Heavenly. New flat screen TV in the living room with surround sound, DVD player, and stereo provided ample entertainment."Guest: tischwag64 Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 18, 2014View listing
"We had so much fun on this trip to Tahoe! The house is located about 1 minute drive away from Heavenly's California Lodge (a block and a half away), but unless you are a college student or without ski gear you don't want to walk. Just a few minutes drive away from the casinos and fun on Stateline (and the grocery store). Kitchen was great, but beware there isn't a spice rack or condiments in the fridge. There is a grill off the kitchen which is nice. Cable TV in the living room. Books and puzzles and games. LOVE the foosball table. Played cards a few nights on the huge dining room table. Plenty of hot water for showers (even after 4 showers In a row). Washer and dryer with detergent provided. Awesome decks and fireplace. Obstructed lake view from back deck, but you can't get it all! No TVs in 2 of the bedrooms which was a bummer a couple of nights, but not a deal breaker. Very attentive owner and property manager. We would stay here again! We primarily skied Heavenly, snowmobiles one day, went to Tahoe City one day which was fun (great photo ops along the way), and hung out by the base of the gondola other days. Went to the Keys, but it wasn't anything special in our opinion. Only about an hour and 15 min from Reno airport (and there is a Walmart and two In N Out burgers along the way)."Guest: Jennefer D. "Living room is cozy and comfy. The kitchen is very well equipped. I love the heater on each bathrooms ( great for winter and cold mornings) . I love the earthy/cabin like decor. Very clean place. The master bedroom is perfect! Only negative- the hot tub was not open when we were there. I'd stay here again and will probably just bring my own pillows. Over all, great and relaxing stay!!"Guest: Bella Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 23, 2014View listing
