  • Fun family time!

"The house was great....we loved the large open kitchen and family room for everyone to hang out in. The backyard deck and fire pit were great too! Our family (all 8 adults and 3 kids) had a great time!"

  • NO Snow - No Problem

"We chose a late weekend in January hoping for good snow. THERE WAS NONE! It was the first time talking my kids up to Tahoe, like my parents did when I was their age. I still remember the cabin we used to rent. This cabin was great! Lots of space, great proximity to town and all other needs. Well stocked kitchen, with updated bathrooms and wonderfully comfortable beds. Despite no snow, we had a great time, and we even got snow on the final day!!! Great family cabin that will create memories for years to come. It had everything we needed. We will be renting here again"

  • Great Place to Stay!

"We rented this place for 2 and 1/2 months while we were exploring the Tahoe area as a potential place to live. It was the perfect house for that. We loved the location. It is so close to this GORGEOUS meadow that I spent countless hours walking around and just relaxing by this beautiful fallen tree. If you are looking for a place walking distance to the slopes, this won't work, but it is walking distance to a bunch of fun restaurants and bars and a quick bike ride to everything else. I was pleasantly surprised that the location came with a bike. It was a nice added bonus. The furnishings are only ok, nothing luxurious, but they are perfect for a short term rental where people are coming in and out. There are tons of places to sleep in addition to the beds, both of the sofas pull out into beds, as well. The kitchen has tons of random cooking supplies and is fully equipped with plates and everything you would need. When we arrives, the fridge and pantry came with some of the essentials like ketchup and spices. All in all a great set up. The other great part about this property is the management company. They are super nice and helpful. We were there for a while so a few things came up and they had someone by within an hour to fix anything we asked. They were also open to negotiation with regards to utility price since it was off season when we were there and not "peak" time for electricity or heat. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to be in town."

  • My go-to Tahoe Cabin

"This cabin is the quintessential Tahoe Cabin. It has an incredibly comfy and cozy feel to it, with great furniture and perfect mountain decor. I have stayed here with friends on a couple occasions and always try to book this place first whenever I make a trip up. The beds and rooms are always impeccably clean, great patio with a grill, awesome kitchen with extras of everything, convenient location and walking distance to everything you need...I have been nothing but happy to stay at Lori's chalet and hope to continue to do so throughout the winter season as it's the perfect cabin."
