  • Perfect cabin for an awesome Tahoe visit

"The cabin accommodated our group of 7 people easily but it was cozy as the living room has only limited space (e.g. the dinner table fits up to 6 easily, 7 are possible - don;t know about 8). It also worked out well with only one bathroom, although the warm water might be limited at times, so you need to be patient. There is a central heating system in the living room which heats up the cabin quickly - however, it is worth to note that the two bedrooms downstairs won't get a lot of the heat whereas the loft upstairs can be quite warm. The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood - be aware that you might run into a problem with smaller compact cars to get there during/after a snowstorm as the clearance might interfere with driving (you def. need chains but we still run into a minor problem in the morning - however, the street war cleared during the day). Everything was clean and well maintained and I can highly recommend this cabin."

  • Great vacation home rental for families!

"We brought our 4 and 6 year old granddaughters here for a week's vacation. This condo exceeded our expections- very clean, well decorated and close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed taking the girls for walks in the woods behind the condo, using the pool and even playing ping pong and pool in the clubhouse. We did have a car, so traveled to a variety of beaches, rented bikes, rode the gondola, and took a boat ride. We loved having a fully equiped kitchen, as we ate breakfast and supper at the condo and packed picnics for lunches. The girls loved sleeping in the loft and watching dvds up there. Jessica was great to work with, and renting through VRBO turned out to be a very positive experience. We definitely hope to come back. Summer, fall, spring or winter, it is a great place to stay!"

  • Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

"This is a great place to spend your Tahoe vacation. I found the comforts of home upon arrival...the new kitchen is spotless with new appliances, cabinets, etc. Spices and seasonings and all of the pots and pans prep utensils and serving dishes you are likely to need allowed me to fix dinner right after walking in the front door. The BBQ is very nice. I appreciated the big flat screen TV so I could watch the Giants games and the World Cup, and a fast WiFi made me feel right at home. I really didn't use the boat dock because I don't have a boat, but I did check out rentals at the Marina, and you can rent almost anything you want, from kayaks to jet skis to water ski boats. In the full week I was here, I did not notice any noise from boats, is quiet here, probably because it is just off the lake so the noise doesn't carry. My diaper clad grandkids visited for a day and we were comfortable with them around the house, and we went to the playground and pool with them. Nice extra in this lakeside community. Next time I'm going to bring friends with a boat!"
